Arrest made as police attend scene of suspicious death
PacemakerA person has been arrested following a suspicious death in west Belfast.
Emergency services attended the scene in the Helen's Wood Court area on Saturday.
Police said the person who was arrested on Saturday, remains in custody assisting them with their enquiries and that a post-mortem will take place in due course.
Independent councillor Paul Doherty said he had been speaking to local people who were "both shocked and concerned at this news".

"My thoughts are first and foremost with the person's family and friends, who will be facing unimaginable grief at this time," Doherty added.
"Anyone with information should contact the PSNI immediately and assist them with their enquiries."

Sinn Féin MLA Órlaithí Flynn said she was "shocked and saddened to hear of the death of an individual."
"My immediate thoughts are with their family and friends. Their grief will be immeasurable right now," she continued in a post on Facebook.
Flynn appealed for anyone with information to contact the PSNI.
