Father-of-three whose death sparked murder probe named
HandoutA photo has been released of a father-of-three whose death at a block of flats prompted a murder investigation.
Thames Valley Police said the body found on 24 September in The Foyer on Stoke Road, Slough, had now been formally identified as 48-year-old Marcin Jankowski.
A post-mortem examination conducted on Tuesday indicated his death had been the result of blunt force trauma.
Two men from Slough - aged 45 and 53 - were arrested on suspicion of murder on Wednesday. They have since been released on bail while the investigation continues.
Police said Jankowski's family continued to be supported by specially trained officers.
Renewing the appeal for witnesses and information, Det Ch Insp Stuart May said: "No matter how insignificant you believe the information may be, it could be important to our investigation."
