The Tuscan nonna teaching the internet to cook

Reporting for the Travel Show, Briony May Williams travels to Tuscany, where generations of families have perfected the art of cucina povera, or peasant cooking, transforming a handful of simple, locally grown ingredients into memorable meals. The guardians of these culinary traditions are often the family matriarchs, known as nonnas. Briony spends time with social media sensation Nonna Silvi, who is sharing the flavours, recipes, and wisdom of traditional Tuscan cooking with a new generation.
