Shock on street after suspected car arson attack
A suspected arson attack in a quiet suburban street has left a car destroyed and neighbours worrying for their safety.
A car was alight in Twelve Acre Road, near Eaton Park in Norwich, at about 02:00 BST on Sunday and doorbell footage from the scene recorded two suspects walking towards the car before fleeing.
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service crews tackled the fire for an hour and a half, and Norfolk Police is treating it as arson.
Matt Wilcox, 54, who lives nearby, said: "It was so quiet and pleasant here, but now people are worried, scared because [the culprits] have unsettled the whole street. It's horrible."
