Watch: Teen pianist who lost fingers wins TV show
A 19-year-old who had all her fingers amputated told BBC Look East it felt "surreal" to be crowned the winner of Channel 4's The Piano.
Grace Matthews, from Norwich, was taught to play the piano by a music therapist at Addenbrooke's Hospital, after she lost all her fingers and both lower legs to meningitis aged four.
She said she had challenged herself to play the winning piece after seeing other pianists tackle it on TikTok.
Her family call her "Amazing Grace".
