There is black one on the opposite side of the street where another fire engine is parked. A tape appears to seal off the small valley leading to the area where the fire happened. A woman with short blonde hair, black jeans, burgundy top and a handbag is standing behind the tape, looking across the street. A woman has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life after a fire inside a town centre flat.

Emergency services were called to the fire just before 14:00 BST on Saturday on King Street in Penrith.
