Two further charges over Armadale shooting death

Two more men aged 34 and 44 have been charged over the death of a man who was shot in West Lothian.

Billy Watson, 35, was fatally injured in a property on Harestanes Road, Armadale, at about 11:50 on Saturday 12 September.

Four men, aged 57, 44, 29 and 20, were previously arrested and charged in connection with his death. They have all appeared in court.

The two men are expected to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court on Friday.

A family statement, previously released through Police Scotland, said: "Billy was a deeply loved son, dad, brother, uncle and friend."

A force spokesperson said inquiries into the death were ongoing.
