Remembrance services will be held in Hull, Scunthorpe and Grimsby and babies' names added to a memory tree at Hull Women and Children's Hospital.
More than 100 families who have been affected by the loss of a baby will also take part in a lantern walk in Lincoln.
Rachel Bond, specialist midwife at United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (LUTH), said: "Sadly, although baby loss is far more common than many people realise, it remains a subject that can be difficult to talk about.
"Baby Loss Awareness Week is about challenging those taboos and highlighting the importance of supporting families following the loss of a pregnancy or the death of a baby."
The lantern walk, which will take place on Sunday 11 October, has been organised by United Lincolnshire Hospitals Charity, will start at Lincoln Bishops University at 18:00 BST.
Families will light lanterns and walk to Lincoln Cathedral, before also lighting a candle inside.
People are advised to book a space.
The cathedral, as well Hull Women and Children's Hospital and hospitals at Lincoln, Boston and Grantham, will also be lit up pink and blue.
Hospital chapels across Lincolnshire will also display trees of remembrance.
Services will be held at Jubilee Church, Hull on11 October at 14:00 BST, St Lawrence's Church, Scunthorpe on 17 October at 14:00 and City Church, Grimsby on 18 October at 14:00.
