Diversions in village for tree felling works

Drivers have been warned of daytime disruption on part of a busy route to the airport while tree felling takes place.

A section of Main Road between higher and lower Foxdale will be closed between 09:00 BST and 16:00 until Thursday.

Diversions will be in place leading traffic via Ballacraine on the A3 or through the Braaid to Glen Vine on the A1 Peel Road.

Bus Vannin said there would be no direct services between Peel and Foxdale during the closure. Parking has also been suspended on Mines Road during the duration of the works.
