Fifteen-year-old Harley Hartley was involved in a crash between an off-road electric motorcycle and a car on 1 October

The mother of a teenager who died from his injuries following a crash between an off-road electric motorcycle and a car has described him as the "light of my life".

West Yorkshire Police said Harley Hartley, 15, was riding the bike on School Street in Bierley, Bradford on 1 October about 17:30 BST when he was involved in a collision with a black Audi S3.

He was taken to hospital with serious injuries, but died on 28 October. Anyone with information about either vehicle prior to or during the crash should get in touch, the force said.

Paying tribute to her son, his mother said she had been "left numb, broken-hearted, every emotion you could ever feel".

She said: "I always longed for a boy and after three girls I finally got him, my life felt complete.

"Chunky 9lb 2oz blue-eyed boy. He would do anything for anyone, all you had to do was ask.

"My son, the light of my life, you knew exactly how to play me to get anything and everything you wanted.

"You will forever be my number one, I got you son always, love Mum."
