People in Blackpool are being asked what they think about a £65m college campus being built in the town centre.

The multiversity, near Blackpool North railway station, will be expected to bring about 3,000 students, apprentices and staff into the town centre when it opens in September 2028.

Blackpool and The Fylde College said the development would aim to make higher education more accessible and help people gain skills and qualifications.

The survey, designed to find out what residents and businesses make of the project, takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Meanwhile, construction firm Morgan Sindall has opened a training facility called the Knowledge Quad at the building site, giving people opportunities to learn about construction skills and careers.

Blackpool councillor Mark Smith said the facility would allow young people to "learn construction skills and gain qualifications on a live site" and help them to start careers in construction.
