Police appeal for witnesses after teenager stabbed

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 17-year-old boy was stabbed in Brighton.

Emergency services were called following a report of a stabbing between Kingsway and Western Road at about 17:10 BST on Saturday.

The teenager was taken to hospital with injuries that were not serious or life-threatening, Sussex Police said.

Det Insp Jenny Pietersen is urging anyone who witnessed the incident or who has relevant dashcam or CCTV footage to contact the force.
