Normal service has been resumed at Bradford City.

The Bantams' excellent run on their League One return last sEason was ended by Bolton in the play-off semi-finals.

Fast forward three months and Graham Alexander's side are the only one with a 100% record in the division, they beat Burnley on penalties in the EFL Cup in midweek and are yet to concede a goal.

An unenviable challenge for Plymouth today who, like last season have made a sluggish start but still managed an eighth place finish.

Tom Cleverley was given time to turn things around last year and there will be no panic in Devon once again as they try to deal with the loss of striker Lorent Tolaj, while gathering points.

  4. Bromley having a hoot as Owls resetpublished at 14:40 BST 29 August

Sheff Wed v Bromley (15:00 BST)

    Media caption,

Henrik Pedersen on signing Ali Al-Hamadi, forward options and previewing Bromley.

A first meeting between these two sides in any competition as Sheffield Wednesday re-set following a harrowing Championship campaign on and off the field while Bromley grab a first taste of the rarefied air of League One.

An opening day win at Leyton Orient was just what the Owls needed although defeat at home to Bradford five days later rather burst the balloon of optimism at Hillsborough.

This week's signing of Ipswich Town striker Ali Al-Hamadi on a season-long loan deal is an example of Wednesday's pulling power but how they handle being the prized scalp of many in League One this season will be the true test.

Bromley are just pleased to be here but make no mistake, they also want to make their mark.

The surprise League Two champions of last season have been making a habit of upsetting the established clubs while also being successful under boss Andy Woodman.

Midfielder George Saville has arrived from Luton Town this week and he should help cover for the loss of Ashley Charles to a long-term knee injury.

Can Bromley notch another notable victim or are Sheffield Wednesday going to show us what they are made of?

MK Dons were resolute defensively, they stood firm to keep their first clean sheet of the campaign.

There were a couple of chances in the first half, they didn't have much of the ball, but it was good defending from MK Dons.

    Stephen Clemence

It's great play down the left-hand side, Cullen just couldn't get that finishing touch on it.

We're just lacking that final bit unfortunately.

  18. 'That was the moment'published at 14:20 BST 29 August

    MK Dons 0-0 Leicester

    Stephen Clemence
Former Leicester midfielder on BBC Radio Leicester

That looked like the moment for Leicester.

It's a beautiful whipped ball in, it might have been a save by the keeper.

You just want that goalscorer to get on the end of it, but there was no-one there to tap it in.
