It's been a very positive start, we've tried to play the ball in behind them.

You've got to turn teams around and make defenders run which is what we've been doing.

It's been an excellent start, we just need to keep it going.

  5. 'Early days for massive game for Foxes'published at 12:33 BST 29 August

There are nearly 6,000 Leicester fans behind the goal and many of them won’t be sure what to expect from their team today.

Last weekend’s defeat to Burton felt like rock bottom but they’ll be concerned that things could get even worse before they get better.

It’s interesting that highly-rated 18 year-old Louis Page starts despite being linked to Manchester United.

Meanwhile, against his old club, Leicester boss Russell Martin will be hoping that playing former Ipswich team-mates Conor Chaplin and Wes Burns together will help his team to gel.

It’s very early in the season but this feels like a massive game for Leicester.

Well this should be fun this Saturday lunchtime, Port Vale host Crewe in the A500 derby.

It's safe to say that the The Railwaymen have had the better start to their season, one of two sides in League Two to win both of their league matches so far.

The Valiants have had a slow start, losing to Oldham in their opening match before a 1-1 draw with Tranmere last time out.

Port Vale are unbeaten across their past nine games in all competitions against Crewe - let's see if they can maintain those bragging rights today.

It is early days in the season but Barnet are currently top of League Two and will be hoping to keep it that way by the end of today's round of matches.

The Bees are one of just two sides to still have a 100% record in the division and today host Cheltenham Town who are looking to bounce back to winning ways after defeat last time out to Swindon.

The other side that have also won both of their two matches so far this season are Crewe who travel to Port Vale today also in an early kick-off.

Barnet have lost just one of their 10 home EFL games against Cheltenham, the Robins have failed to win any of their last three Football League games against today's opponents.

Both these sides enjoyed contrasting fortunes in the EFL Cup against Championship sides in midweek.

Ian Evatt's Blackpool fell to a chastening 4-1 defeat at home to last season's League One winners Lincoln City, while Luke Williams' Peterborough side enjoyed a remarkable 5-1 win at Watford.

The sixth-placed Seasiders are, however still unbeaten in League One and will be hoping to build on their encouraging victory at Stockport County.

Posh, meanwhile moved up to 13th with a win over Mansfield Town in their last league outing after losing their opening fixture at early leaders Bradford City.

Russell Martin rings the changes for Leicester with seven alterations from the side beaten at home by Burton Albion last weekend.

  16. Dons seek to dig deeper hole for Foxespublished at 12:13 BST 29 August

MK Dons v Leicester City (12:30 BST)

Leicester boss Russell Martin has been here before.

At Glasgow Rangers he was in charge of a big fish in a small pond.

The pond may be slightly bigger in League One but right now he must be feeling like the goldfish in a bowl.

The Foxes are trying to rebuild from successive relegations as well as deal with ongoing off-field financial issues.

A draw at Notts County and a home defeat by Burton is not quite the way they wanted or needed things to start and it will not get any easier today. Patience will be the key for supporters of the former Premier League champions.

MK Dons are fresh up from League Two, well backed financially and managed by Paul Warne who knows a thing or two about getting sides out of League One.

Two draws to start with is a solid enough opening and beating Leicester for a first victory of the campaign will only deepen the the visitors' gloom.

Plymouth Argyle will seek to burst Bradford City's balloon later.

Cambridge United's home game with Huddersfield Town is a meeting between two unbeaten sides, either of whom could finish the day top of the pile.
