More Leicester probing but again there is no end product as Wes Burns miscues a cross.

Conor Chaplin is in trouble after that earlier knock and needs some treatment.

  3. CLOSE!published at 13:04 BST 29 August

    Blackpool 2-0 Peterborough

Ethan Williams should have scored for Peterborough.

He found space in the Blackpool penalty area and was expertly found by a great cross from the right from Owura Edwards but he was unable to trouble Bailey Peacock-Farrell with his mistimed shot.

    MK Dons 0-0 Leicester

Harry Souttar throws himself at a Leicester corner - his header is goalbound but is blocked.

The Australian defender is reportedly a potential transfer target for Wrexham (who isn't?) but he showed plenty of commitment in getting to that cross.

  5. Poacher's finish from clinical Charlespublished at 12:57 BST 29 August

    Blackpool 2-0 Peterborough

That's just why Blackpool moved to bring in Northern Ireland international Dion Charles on a season-long loan from Huddersfield Town.

He has been a clinical goalscorer over the years at this level and has proved he can smell out an opening.

Charles was in the right place at the right time for Blackpool, who had struggled to get a foothold in the game in the opening stages.

  6. 'Leicester need to capitalise'published at 12:56 BST 29 August

    MK Dons 0-0 Leicester

    Stephen Clemence
Former Leicester midfielder on BBC Radio Leicester

Great combination play down the right-hand side.

It was really positive play in a tight area and we forced a great save by the keeper.

We've seen signs of this all game so far, but we have to capitalise on one of these opportunities soon.

    Port Vale 0-0 Crewe

Port Vale have had the majority of the ball so far and more shots after 25 minutes.

The visitors have just managed to have their first effort on goal though as Jordan Gabriel fires a shot that goes wide of the target.

  8. Postpublished at 12:55 BST 29 August

    MK Dons 0-0 Leicester

Craig MacGillivray is called into action in the MK Dons goal.

Some neat build-up from Leicester leads to a stinging shot from Jayden Joseph which is tipped wide by MacGillivray.

  9. goal

GOAL: Blackpool 2-0 Peterboroughpublished at 12:51 BST 29 August

    Dion Charles (20 mins)

Two goals in the space of two minutes for Blackpool!

Peterborough had a handful of chances to take the lead and boy have they been punished for not taking them.

After Jordan Williams scored his opening league goal for the club, now Dion Charles has opened his account, following in to tap home the rebound after Posh keeper Alex Bass spilled a shot into his path.

  10. Postpublished at 12:51 BST 29 August

    MK Dons 0-0 Leicester

Leicester are dominating possession with 68% of the ball so far but have just that chance for Bobby De Cordova-Reid to show for their efforts.

MK Dons are playing like an away side on the counter and they almost profit as Aaron Collins is sent away down the right but goalkeeper Jakub Stolarczyk is able to collect the cross.

  11. 'Defences on top'published at 12:50 BST 29 August

    MK Dons 0-0 Leicester

    Toby Lock
MK Citizen sports editor on BBC Three Counties Radio

It's not been a belter so far.

I think both sides are showing intent to get forward and get at each other, but the defences are on top at the moment.

  12. goal

GOAL: Blackpool 1-0 Peterboroughpublished at 12:49 BST 29 August

    Jordan Williams (19 mins)

The hosts have been on the back foot but they are ahead with an improvised effort from close range from Jordan Williams, poking the loose ball over Peterborough keeper Alex Bass.

  13. Postpublished at 12:49 BST 29 August

    Blackpool 0-0 Peterborough

Josh Bowler gets an instinctive shot on target with a swinging left boot from the edge of the penalty area but it's a comfortable low save for Peterborough goalkeeper Alex Bass.

The hosts are slowly starting to get back into this one following a difficult start for them on a damp lunchtime at Bloomfield Road.

Ian Evatt's side will be hoping to improve on their 40% possession.

  14. Three changes for Rotherham; Chesterfield unchangedpublished at 12:47 BST 29 August

    Rotherham XI - T Cann; S Aljofree, K Ngwenya, E Otoo; D Hall, B Cover, E Adegboyega, J Buyabu; K Spence, Fabio Tavares; T Bradshaw

We are just under 15 minutes away from kick-off at AESSEAL New York Stadium where there are three changes for Alex Bruce's 17th-placed Rotherham United as they search for a first win of the League Two season, with Kieran Ngwenya, Emanuel Adegboyega and Tom Bradshaw in for Lenny Agbaire, Ossama Ashley and Paul Mullin.

Chesterfield manager Paul Cook, meanwhile, has named an unchanged XI to face the Millers, with his side in 16th following their first victory of the campaign at Salford City last time out.

    MK Dons 0-0 Leicester

Leicester's Conor Chaplin takes a heavy blow from Ben Wiles as he clears the ball away.

The former Ipswich man hobbles around a bit but seems fine to continue.

No punishment for Wiles from referee Tom Parsons.

  16. goal

GOAL: Barnet 1-0 Cheltenhampublished at 12:44 BST 29 August

    Charlie Lakin (11 mins)

    The hosts are ahead!

It's a lovely team move from the hosts, the ball comes into the area from the right and Kabongo Tshimanga produces a lovely bit of skill to flick the ball back to Charlie Lakin in space.

The midfielder then takes a touch and fires the ball into the bottom right-hand corner of the net.

  17. Postpublished at 12:43 BST 29 August

    MK Dons 0-0 Leicester

    This is a decent game.

Gethin Jones gets space down the right for MK Dons and Luke Thomas comes up with a vital interception to prevent the cross reaching Sam Nombe or Aaron Collins who were waiting to apply the finish.

  18. 'Good finish by Lakin'published at 12:43 BST 29 August

    Barnet 1-0 Cheltenham

    Mark Halliwell
    BBC Radio Gloucestershire summariser

As soon as the ball was turned over you could see Cheltenham were in trouble.

Charlie Lakin had all the time to take a touch and put a good finish into the bottom corner.

  19. Postpublished at 12:42 BST 29 August

    MK Dons 0-0 Leicester

    Huge chance.

Bobby De Cordova-Reid is left in space beyond the MK Dons defence but hooks his effort wide.

The home side were looking for an offside flag that never came.

It should be 1-0 to Leicester.

  20. Postpublished at 12:40 BST 29 August

    Blackpool 0-0 Peterborough

Blackpool keeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell is forced to make four quickfire saves in the opening four minutes.

Harry Leonard had the best chance for the visitors but the Seasiders stopper was on hand to claw away his effort from point-blank range.

Brandon Khela then fires straight at the Blackpool keeper from six yards out, but his blushes are saved by the referee's assistant and his offside flag.
