Ollie Robinson gets six balls at Muhammad Abbas but the Pakistan number 10 keeps them out.

A maiden over and Muhammad Rizwan will have the chance to thrash a few more runs in the next over.

Looks like there will be a change of bowling as well. Gus Atkinson replaces Josh Tongue.

    Top shot from Muhammad Rizwan.

He takes on the 89mph bouncer from Josh Tongue and pummels it through square leg for four.

And another super shot. This time crunched back down the ground on the drive.

He can't get the single to keep strike, though, as Tongue fires one in that hits him on the inner thigh. Ouch.

Tongue has come on leaps and bounds since the Ashes, his control is so much better.

Well, Muhammad Abbas pushes a single from the first ball of Josh Tongue's over so Muhammad Rizwan is on strike anyway.

He had it all planned out. Maybe.

It's been a poor performance for Pakistan, no doubt about that. There's been questions about everything they've done in this Test so far.

The manner of the defeat will be the thing that hurts the most.

Another strange decision from Muhammad Rizwan.

He clips the last ball of the over through the leg side, could comfortably jog through for a single to keep strike... but then sprints back for the second.

Did he think they could run three? Muhammad Abbas will be on strike then.

Drinks are taken after that wicket. England's bowlers will hope the extra refreshment isn't really needed.

Great catch from Jordan Cox, standing really close, that has flown through.

Catching practice. Muhammed Rizwan at the other end is just thinking what did I do, I let England feed off him.

  12. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 31.2 overs

    Khurram c Cox b Robinson 8 (Pak 111-8)

    England are two wickets away.

Bizarre from Muhammad Rizwan as he takes a single first ball of the over, exposing Khurram Shahzad for five balls - and Ollie Robinson only needs one.

Khurram pokes at a ball outside off and sends the ball straight to Jordan Cox at third slip.

Comfortably held. The end is nigh for Pakistan.

15 runs coming off that Josh Tongue over. He's been so economical, but Khurram just edging it past the slips.

England are creating opportunities here. It feels like Muhammed Rizwan is going to have to farm the strike though.

I know Ollie Robinson is the only one who didn't feature in the Ashes but he definitely adds to this England attack and gives it a different feel, Reuben.

That said I don't necessarily disagree that the attacks you've mentioned would be ranked above them.

Anyway, it's an expensive over from Josh Tongue - not helped by two edges past the slips for four from Khurrah Shahzad.

I don't think you can call England's seam attack top 5 after how much short and wide filth they bowled in the Ashes... for me it's NZ, SA, Aus, Ind and then England tied with the Windies.

@Nick J. This English attack is one of the strongest in the world in English conditions.

England are into the tail now and Khurram Shahzad looks every bit the tail-end batter as he plays and misses at his first three balls from Ollie Robinson.

The field drops for the last ball of the over, Khurram pushes it to long-off but Pakistan turn down the run.

    Wicket maiden for Robinson.

Diving catch coming forward by Jordan Cox! That was a strange one.

A bit of fortune for England there.

  19. wicket

    Usman c Cox b Robinson 7 (Pak 95-7)

Ollie Robinson strikes with his first ball back into the attack!

England have Jamie Smith up to the stumps, Robinson finds the edge as Ali Usman prods forward.

No chance for Smith, really, but the ball loops up off his thigh and Jordan Cox dives forward from third slip to complete the catch.

    England are three wickets away.

Single from the last ball and Ali Usman will stay on strike.

He'll be facing up to Ollie Robinson, who is limbering up to replace Jofra Archer.
