  1. What do England need?published at 08:44 GMT

On the backfoot since being beaten 30-12 by Tonga in their opening game, England responded with a crushing 82-0 victory over France to keep alive their dreams.

England need to beat co-hosts Papua New Guinea – then hope Tonga beat Samoa on Sunday in Sydney.

If Samoa win, England will be eliminated because of their inferior head-to-head record against Tonga.

But if Tonga win, it comes down to points difference between England and Samoa - with England's currently 68 points worse than the Samoans.

England v Papua New Guinea (09:05 GMT)

England's hopes in the Women's Rugby League World Cup are over - now it's the turn of the men to try to beat the odds and make the semi-finals. Brian McDermott's side cannot secure a last-four spot today, but they could be eliminated. They need a big win over Papua New Guinea to give them hope.
