    Stoke 1-1 Hull

It is 2-2 so far on penalties with every spot kick being scored so far.

Sorba Thomas - a reported transfer target for Hull City - drove in the first penalty for Stoke before Hidemasa Morita confidently sent the goalkeeper the wrong way for Hull.

Sam Gallagher squeezed in Stoke's second penalty before Paddy McNair made no mistake.

  2. INJURY TIMEpublished at 21:48 BST 25 August

    Nottingham Forest 0-2 Leeds

Six minutes of injury time as a Forest flick-on drops just wide of the far post and the stretching Dan Ndoye.

    Nottingham Forest 0-2 Leeds

That second Leeds goal has actually gone down as a Neco Williams own goal.

But the goalline system technology shows it hadn't crossed the line until James Justin turned it in. So I suspect it might get changed back.

Brentford are full of confidence. The substitutions they made have strengthened their team.

Jaidon Anthony will be challenging Kevin Schade and Dango Ouattara because he has been probably the best player on the pitch this evening.

Quite a few away wins this evening with Sheffield United, Lincoln, Millwall, Wolves and Reading among those securing victories on the road.

But perhaps the most eye-catching was Peterborough of League One winning 5-1 at Championship Watford.

Only the bravest of Birmingham fans remain in the ground now.

    FT: Southampton 1-4 West Ham

    Dan George
BBC Sport England at St Mary's

There were definitely some boos from the Southampton fans as the referee blew his whistle for full-time.

The Hammers took a while to get going but really turned it on in the second half, especially when the likes of Jarred Bowen and Valentin Castellanos came off the bench.

West Ham will find out their third round opponents in tomorrow night's draw and will undoubtably be hoping to take this kind of performance into their Championship form.

    Stoke 1-1 Hull

Good ball into the box by Sorba Thomas but Ben Wilmot heads wide for Stoke.

Just a couple of minutes of stoppage time remaining here. This one is surely going to penalties.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:40 BST 25 August

    Nottingham Forest 0-2 Leeds

Leeds make another chance as Dominic Calvert-Lewin replaces Lukas Nmecha up front.

Leeds are looking comfortable. Forest have gone really raggy at the back.

Make sure you watch that Marcelino Nunez goal. So, so good.

    Birmingham 1-6 Brentford

    Clinton Morrison

Nathan Collins is on a hat-trick, it's another fantastic header.

Birmingham have got to defend better than that.
