Summary

Have your say on England men this summer

  1. Pak 124-5published at 35 overs

A couple of singles off Ollie Robinson's over.

No Josh Tongue in this session as yet - he's only bowled three overs.

  2. Pak 122-5published at 34 overs

    Close to gully!

Ali Usman squeezes Gus Atkinson's ball past Dan Lawrence and sees it reach the ropes.

Lawrence may have got a finger on that, but I think after the ball bounced.

Feels like there have been so many successful reviews compared to the first Test where the umpires were perfect.

How many umpire decisions have been overturned in this match?

  4. Pak 115-5published at 33 overs

Ali Usman comes in and blocks the last ball of Ollie Robinson's over.

Just a reminder, this session is running to 16:40 BST.

If I was an umpire and I saw that I might be going that's a horrible shot. It might just be trimming the bail but I'm afraid you're not getting the benefit of the doubt for that one.

Go back to the nets and play straight. It was a weird, down-on-one-knee sweep shot.

    Gone.

Ball tracking has a verdict of umpire's call on height, but that's enough after Muhammad Rizwan was given out on the field.

Ollie Robinson takes his 99th Test wicket and now has figures of 4-17 in this innings.

  7. Pakistan reviewpublished at 15:55 BST 30 August

    Another Ollie Robinson lbw?

The umpire's finger goes up after Muhammad Rizwan misses a huge swipe into the leg side and is on the back leg above the pad.

Rizwan chooses to review - he doesn't really have much choice in this situation.

I don't want Pakistan winning, but that was a shame the century partnership was missed. Would have been well deserved.

    John, Manchester

  9. Pak 115-4published at 32 overs

    Target 389

Saud Shakeel takes two to deep point, the only scoring shot in Gus Atkinson's over.

It's really rather sunny now at Lord's.

You never quite know what Rizwan is going to do.

You have to keep your eye on him because he can go block, block, block and then go for an almighty swing.

Muhammad Rizwan has been troubled by the keeper coming up tactic and he's going to have to deal with it straight away.

  12. Pak 113-4published at 31 overs

Muhammad Rizwan arrives at the crease and, having faced two dot balls, gets off the mark with a hacky sweep, sending the ball square.

Good partnership but I don't think Shan Masood should be getting out to that ball. He kind of jumps across but gets done on the back foot.

He fought hard for his 26 but I think that's quite a soft dismissal.

  14. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 30.1 overs

    Masood lbw b Robinson 26 (Pak 111-4)

All reds - Ollie Robinson was right to be confident!

Bowling round the wicket he has Shan Masood trapped lbw, with the ball tracking predicting a strike on leg stump.

A third wicket for Robinson, who now has figures of 3-15, ends a partnership of 97.

    Ollie Robinson is very confident.

  16. England reviewpublished at 15:41 BST 30 August

    Huge appeal!

Ollie Robinson is incredibly confident he has Shan Masood lbw, he's signally for a review immediately and Joe Root decides to go with his bowler.

The ball runs away for four leg-byes should this not be given.

  17. Pak 111-3published at 30 overs

Gus Atkinson returns in place of Jofra Archer.

His first over goes for three runs, a two for Shan Masood behind point and a leg bye from the last ball of the over.

It would have been so easy for Pakistan to roll over after being 14-3. Whatever the outcome of this game, really respect the way Pakistan have taken this second innings and hopefully signals towards a competitive third Test!

These two would probably need to be there at the end of the day for Pakistan to have any chance of winning this.

  20. Pak 108-3published at 29 overs

A maiden for Ollie Robinson, his fourth from nine overs, bowling to Saud Shakeel.

He has figures of 2-15 in this innings.
