    It jagged back - a beautiful delivery. With the keeper stood up, Shafique is stuck in his crease.

    That's the big wicket - and Ollie Robinson has four!

    Abdullah Shafique looked very good out there but this one goes straight through him!

    It's another full delivery, pitching just outside off and the ball jags back to beat the bat and crash into middle and leg.

    It's taken me some time to get used to seeing Joe Root at mid-off.

    I think England have been a little lost in that position since James Anderson and Stuart Broad retired. It's good to have somebody to talk to the bowler.

    A bit of good fortune for Abdullah Shafique as he drives at a full ball from Gus Atkinson and gets an inside edge that flies past the stumps and down to fine leg for a single.

    Tidy over again from Atkinson and Robinson will continue into his 15th over at the other end.

    Stand-in skipper Salman Ali Agha is in at six for Pakistan and sees off the last ball of the Ollie Robinson over.

    Back in the dressing room, Saud Shakeel will have seen that ball-tracking and no doubt he fuming that he took so long to call for the review.

    That took a while for the finger to go up - it was a Steve Bucknor-like dismissal. I'd have reviewed it based on the amount of time it took the umpire to give him out.

    Ollie Robinson has got another one!

    Round the wicket to Saud Shakeel and angling the ball back in to the stumps to catch the left-hander on the crease.

    There's a big appeal, a long pause before umpire Gaffaney finally raises his finger.

    Saud has a chat with Abdullah Shafique about whether to review, eventually decides he wants to... but he took too long. He has to go - and ball-tracking shows the ball going over the top of leg stump!

    Sorry, Richard, it's a no from me. I'll just about accept a hat-trick across two innings of the same match but across two different games? I'm not having it.

    More importantly, neither do the official statisticians (I think).

    Anyway, Ollie Robinson continues after the drinks break.

    Excellent spot, Richard. A rare cross-format hat-trick with two in two balls against Hampshire in the One-Day Cup. I (Elizabeth) am happy to allow it... don't know how Sam feels.

    I think England will be happy with where they're at. They could quite easily go bang, bang and run through the middle and lower order.

    This is a good stage for England - Pakistan were scoring quite well but they have been restricted in recent overs.

    Gus Atkinson finishes off another over with a dot and it's time for drinks.

    Pakistan have batted nicely since the restart and have got themselves out of trouble after those two early wickets.

    The ball has started doing a bit more in recent overs, though, so England will feel another wicket or two might be just around the corner.

    What's impressed me about Abdullah Shafique's batting is that there's no fuss. It's just calm and composed.

    Beautifully timed by Abdullah Shafique.

    Gus Atkinson errs a little too straight and the right-hander just eases the ball through square leg for four. He barely seemed to put any force behind it, that was all timing.

    Pakistan are a team where the flatter a pitch looks, the better they are. They're used to it. In Pakistan, they aren't bowling on many green tops.

    With the left-handed Saud Shakeel on strike, Jamie Smith is stood back again to Ollie Robinson.

    He very nearly has a catch as well as Robinson produces another beauty to beat the bat. Round the wicket, angling in and then nipping away off the seam.

    The speeds might only be between 77mph and 80mph in this spell but Robinson is showing that he can still cause the batters plenty of problems at that pace.

    Gus Atkinson finds the edge of Saud Shakeel's bat but again the ball falls short of the slips.

    It bounces up to catch Jordan Cox, stood at third slip, on the thumb. Painful but he's fine to stay out there.
