WICKETpublished at 10:54 BST 18 September

    Abell c Luxton b Coad 6 (Somerset 76-5 - target 287 to beat Yorkshire)

Somerset are crumbling under intense Yorkshire pressure.

Brilliant bowling by Ben Coad as Tom Abell tries to push into the leg-side but it finds a leading edge and loops up for Will Luxton to take a simple catch at point.

Craig Overton produced heroics in the first innings for Somerset to hit 64 and keep his side in the game.

Here he comes - and he's going to have to recreate some magic yet again for Somerset if they are to have any chance of winning this match.

Somerset 76-4 - target 287 to beat Yorkshire

The Yorkshire tails are well and truly up. Plenty of enthusiasm in the field as Ben Cliff, off the back of taking eight wickets in the first innings, is causing James Rew some early trouble.

He beats the outside edge multiple times and Rew also leaves one which almost brushes off stump. Almighty close.

Wicket maiden for Cliff. Somerset are really up against it at the moment.

  3. Postpublished at 10:52 BST 18 September

Leicestershire 176-4 (target 334 to beat Hampshire)

Two runs to Nick Kelly off Scott Currie.

He goes for a big drive off a full ball nipping back outside off.

That moved in off the seam.

Too wide this time and a flashing drive skims the ball through cover for four runs.

  4. wicket

WICKETpublished at 10:50 BST 18 September

    Lammonby c Bairstow b Cliff 32 (Somerset 76-4 - target 287 to beat Yorkshire)

Yorkshire have kept it tight this morning and the early pressure pays off.

A big blow for Somerset as Tom Lammonby nicks off from a teasing Ben Cliff delivery outside off and it's a simple catch for Jonny Bairstow behind the stumps.

Somerset still need 211 to win. Yorkshire are six wickets away from victory.

  5. 50 runs

50 partnership for Northantspublished at 10:49 BST 18 September

Northants 53-0 - target 349 to beat Derbyshire

A boundary from Ricardo Vasconcelos brings up the 50 stand.

The South African born player has been one of the most prolific batters in the league this season and Northants may depend on another big score from him.

  6. Postpublished at 10:48 BST 18 September

Somerset 76-3 - target 287 to beat Yorkshire

Very little in the way of runs for Somerset to start the morning. Just the three added to the overnight score so far.

Credit must go to Yorkshire, who are bowling well. Just one from the latest Ben Coad over.

There is some bad weather expected a bit later on at Headingley...

  7. Postpublished at 10:46 BST 18 September

Leicestershire 170-4 (target 334 to beat Hampshire)

Ben Cox sees out the rest of the over with some difficulty, hitting one up in the air on the leg side and getting a big inside edge on the pad.

    Wicket maiden.

  8. wicket

WICKETpublished at 10:45 BST 18 September

    Shaikh c Brown b Abbott 22 - Leicestershire 170-4 (target 334 to beat Hampshire)

Hamza Shaikh is forward to block Kyle Abbott.

Has he got an edge? Shaikh is standing there. Given!

Caught behind by keeper-captain Ben Brown!

    Ben Cox to bat next.

  9. 200 runs

200 up for Surreypublished at 10:45 BST 18 September

Surrey 201-2 - target 612 to beat Glamorgan

Surrey are a third of the way there.

If they do make this unlikely chase it will be a record in world cricket.

  10. Postpublished at 10:43 BST 18 September

Leicestershire 170-3 (target 334 to beat Hampshire)

Hamza Shaikh goes back to Scott Currie and glances fine for four!

Good start for Leicestershire, who have not allowed Hampshire to settle this morning.

A tap and run for one more.

Nick Kelly tries to leave a ball that follows him, so nearly touching the glove.

  11. wicket

FIVE-WICKET HAUL FOR KARVELASpublished at 10:40 BST 18 September

    Hutton c Clark b Karvelas 0 (Sussex 358 v Notts 240 & 150-8)

Ari Karvelas is bowling wonderfully for Sussex this morning and now he has his reward!

Almost every single ball is pitching on a length on off stump and just getting a bit of movement away.

And it does for Brett Hutton this time, who edges off to Tom Clark at second slip, who takes a fine catch high to his left.

    Karvelas has a five-for.

  12. Postpublished at 10:39 BST 18 September

    Durham 465 & 169-7 v Worcestershire 448

Durham already know they'll be playing Division One cricket next season, but their next milestone will be to go the whole season undefeated.

They're in a bit of bother against Worcestershire though, and the visitors have already picked up an early wicket on day four.

Ben Allison pinned Ollie Robinson lbw to leave them 169-7 and 186 in front.

  13. sun

Under way at The Ovalpublished at 10:39 BST 18 September

    Surrey 115 & 190-2 v Glamorgan 132 & 594

It's a pleasant sunny morning at The Oval and it's a brisk start to the day for Surrey who benefit from two consecutive boundaries.

The first came off the pads of Ryan Patel and the second flies through the vacant third slip area off his bat.

  14. Postpublished at 10:38 BST 18 September

Leicestershire 165-3 (target 334 to beat Hampshire)

Kyle Abbott will bowl up the hill to Hamza Shaikh, who whips a straight one to fine leg for one.

We're seeing plenty of intent from the batters here.

Width from Abbott and this time Kelly puts the drive away.

Abbott gets one to nip back and bounce away from Kelly.

Another nip-backer hits Kelly on the pad but it's too high up for LBW.

He's beaten by one that nips away. Over bowled.

  15. Postpublished at 10:37 BST 18 September

Somerset 75-3 - target 287 to beat Yorkshire

Ben Cliff bowls a maiden over to Tom Abell to start his day.

  16. 150 runs

150 up for Nottspublished at 10:35 BST 18 September

    Sussex 358 v Notts 240 & 150-7

Notts reach 150 with a leg bye off Jaydev Unadkat via Brett Hutton's pads.

It's a milestone but it won't mean much right now. The lead is just 32.

  17. Early boundary at Northamptonpublished at 10:34 BST 18 September

    Northants 41-0 (target 349) v Derbyshire

Nice start to the day for Northants as captain Luke Procter turns one around his pads to long leg for four.

  18. Postpublished at 10:34 BST 18 September

Leicestershire 164-3 (target 334 to beat Hampshire)

An LBW shout first up for Scott Currie but Nick Kelly survives.

A loose off side ball is driven hard through cover for four.

Kelly drives again! Four more. Eight off the first over.

  19. Postpublished at 10:33 BST 18 September

Somerset 75-3 - target 287 to beat Yorkshire

Two runs from the final four balls of the Dom Bess over. Tom Lammonby picking up a couple.

Ben Cliff will start from the other end. Tom Abell on strike.

  20. Postpublished at 10:33 BST 18 September

    Sussex 358 v Notts 240 & 149-7

A fine maiden over to start the day for Sussex's Ari Karvelas, who already has 4-34.

He ends the over with an absolute beauty nipping away from Mitch Hay who plays down the line and it just misses the outside edge on the way through to John Simpson, who took a couple of excellent catches yesterday.
