Dan Lawrence isn't the most elegant player in the world.

Very good over from Ali Usman - again.

Dan Lawrence gets himself in a tangle as a shorter ball turns more than he expects and he is left trying to drag to ball leg side from wide of off, managing only to hit it into his foot.

It could have been worse, it could have ended up on his stumps.

Good again from Usman to end the over, turn and bounce to find Lawrence's edge but the ball goes wide of slip and quickly to the boundary.

I know what you're getting at, Davo, given where they are now but complaining about a 100-run first innings lead does bring an old Bill Shankly quote to mind.

"Ay, here we are with problems at the top of the league."

Anyway, four come from Muhammad Abbas' over with Harry Brook getting three with a clip through square leg. It brought out a classic bit of fast bowler's fielding from Mohammad Ali, who stuck out a boot to stop the ball reaching the fence.

This is a perfect series for England to train the brain to bat.

It hasn't been helter-skelter batting from them.

Nicely bowled by Ali Usman to find Harry Brook's edge but the England batter manages to get the ball wide of slip and picks up two. The only runs from another tidy over from Pakistan's left-arm spinner.

Muhammad Abbas is coming back on for another spell now.

Oh dear. This could be a costly one for Pakistan!

A nothing shot from Harry Brook, playing at a ball wide outside off, just trying to guide it, but he gets a thick edge and it goes at a good height towards the slip cordon.

It's the skipper Salman Ali Agha who goes to his right and should take it at second slip. But the ball bursts through and is away for four.
