    Southend United have signed forward Promise Omochere from League Two side Bristol Rovers on a season-long loan.

    The 25-year-old started his career with Irish club Bohemians, before joining Fleetwood Town in 2022.

    He scored 13 times in 71 appearances for the Cods before joining Rovers in 2024, where he has made 39 appearances in all competitions, scoring six goals.

    "His physical profile gives us a different option up front and brings another dimension to our play and firepower."

    Harrogate Town have signed Torquay United defender Sam Dreyer for an undisclosed fee.

    The 22-year-old made 87 appearances in the National League South for the Gulls.

    He could make his debut for Simon Weaver's men against Scunthorpe on Saturday.

    "I know supporters will be disappointed to see Sam go and I completely understand that. He has been an important player for us and good players are difficult to replace," Torquay boss Jimmy Ball told the club website., external

    Carlisle United have signed Teddy Jenks from National League club Worthing on a permanent transfer.

    Jenks, 24, joins the Blues on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee with the option of a further year

    The experienced midfielder, who started out with home town club Brighton & Hove Albion, made his debut for the Seagulls aged 17.

    Loan spells with Aberdeen and League Two side Crawley followed before a permanent signing for Forest Green Rovers in 2023.

    Jenks returned to Scotland on loan with Ross County before signing for Worthing in 2025, scoring 13 goals in their victorious National League South campaign.

    Wealdstone have signed midfielder Tyrelle Newton on a season-long loan deal from Gateshead.

    The 22-year-old started his career at Luton Town and signed his first professional contract with the Hatters in 2022.

    He left the club as a free agent in 2024 and joined Gateshead where he has made 52 appearances, scoring four goals.
