  1. Harrogate sign Burnley's Pimlott on loanpublished at 18:40 BST 21 August

    Harrogate Town have signed Burnley left-back Oliver Pimlott on a month's loan.

    The 19-year-old joined the Clarets at Under-14 level and is yet to make his senior debut.

    He could feature for Harrogate, who have won their opening two National League games, in Saturday's home match against Barrow.

    Fylde have signed Blackpool midfielder Theo Upton on a season-long loan deal.

    The 18-year-old has made five senior appearance for the Tangerines and made his debut in September 2024, aged 16.

    Upton, who spent time on loan with eighth tier side Matlock last season, could make his debut for the Coasters in Saturday's trip to Woking.

    Irish striker David Eguaibor has joined Lee Cattermole's Gateshead on a two-year deal from Scottish League One side Cove Rangers.

    Eguaibor, 22, scored 11 goals in his one season with Cove following his move from Irish side Cobh Ramblers.

    He told the National League club website, external: "When I went to Scotland, I learned a lot. I learned fast as well and hopefully I can bring that here, score goals and get regular game time as well.

    "I can't wait to get started. I just want to come in, score goals and work hard."

  4. Harrogate sign Boro midfielder Johnson on loanpublished at 17:21 BST 20 August

    Harrogate Town have signed Middlesbrough midfielder Brayden Johnson on a season-long loan deal.

    The 20-year-old joined Boro from non-league Eastbourne in January 2025.

    He ended last season on loan with Kidderminster in National League North and made 10 appearances as they won promotion.

    He could make his debut for Simon Weaver's men, who have won both of their National League games this season, in Saturday's home game against Barrow.

    Hornchurch co-owner and chief executive Mark Hammond has stepped down from his roles at the National League club for personal reasons.

    "This has not been an easy decision," he told Hornchurch's website, external.

    "However, at this point in my life, I need to prioritise my family and personal circumstances, and I believe stepping away from my position is the right decision for both myself and those closest to me.

    "Although my time at Hornchurch has been shorter than I originally anticipated, I am proud to have played a part in an important period for the club as it prepares for the opportunities ahead."

    The Urchins have won both of their opening matches in the National League since being promoted from National League South last season.

    AFC Fylde have signed midfielder Greg Olley from League Two side York City.

    Olley, 30, helped York win the National League title last season and appeared as a substitute in the Minstermen's Carabao Cup loss to Crawley on 3 August.

    He previously spent seven seasons with non-league Gateshead.

    Woking have signed former Wealdstone and Tottenham academy defender Anthony Georgiou on a short-term deal.

    The left-back started his career with Spurs and had spells on loan at Ipswich Town and Bolton.

    He will feature in Woking's squad for Tuesday's game against West Bromwich Albion in the National League Cup.

  8. Carlisle sign Bristol City's Skinner on loanpublished at 13:11 BST 15 August

    Carlisle United have signed Bristol City attacker Luke Skinner on a one-month loan.

    The 18-year-old has been part of the Championship side's academy since he was six years old and had loans at National League side Eastleigh and National League South clubs Bath City and Weston-super-Mare last season.

    He has yet to make a first team appearance for his parent club.

    "With Luke Armstrong currently unavailable, it's important that we have good cover in the attacking areas, and Luke gives us another option and adds competition for places," Carlisle boss Rob Elliot told the club website.
