It's been a brilliant first half.

We've seen such a variety to the Dragons attack, and they're so willing to taking chances instead of taking points.

It's a tight one here in Newport.

Dragons probably edged it but Scarlets are in front at the break.

Gareth is right, it's brave but Dragons will feel they should be ahead given the amount of chances they have had in the 22.

There is something to be said for applying scoreboard pressure, but it doesn't seem to be the modern way.

Brave again from Dragons going for the corner and not looking for points.

Dragons earn another chance - scrum penalty and they go back to the corner...

Another missed opportunity. Scarlets stop the maul and then win a penalty.

    Dragons 12-14 Scarlets

Dragons win a very kickable penalty in the middle of the pitch but continue to back their driving line-out.

De Beer bangs the ball into the 22, although it's not the most ambitious of kicks. Angus O'Brien, who is close to a return from a leg injury, would normally be carrying out that duty.

Dragons looks to get their maul going but knock on at the line-out.

The hosts have a poor conversion rate in the 22 so far.

Well done to Scarlets, they made that look so easy.

It was clever from the forwards, Eddie James carried so hard and Dragons defenders were bunched in and it left room for Macs Page on the wing.

Scarlets are ahead and I think they'll feel lucky to be leading.

Eddie James carries hard and then Scarlets work a clear opening.

Sam Costelow seems to take the tougher option of a long pass to Page on the wing - Ellis Mee looked to have a run-in from a pop pass - but the fly-half nails it to give the wing a simple finish.

Costelow then bangs over the conversion to put the visitors in front.

Dane Blacker goes quickly from a penalty but Scarlets make a mess of a big chance in the 22, going back inside rather than to the left.

Nonetheless, they keep possession and hammer away until a steal by Elliot Dee is followed by a Tinus de Beer knock on.

Scrum to Scarlets 10 metres out as they look to strike back.

I've been really impressed by the variation in the attack from the Dragons so far, they've been keeping Scarlets guessing.

It's clear they've come out to score points and entertain.

    Elliot Dee

Wales hooker Dee hits lock Seb Davies with his throw and then the Dragons pack, with some backs helping out, power over.

They've certainly got dominance in that department.

De Beer cannot add the extras but Dragons deservedly lead.

    Dragons 7-7 Scarlets

Another chance missed by Dragons - but they will get another after kicking a penalty to the corner.

That after a line break by Thomas Young after being set in motion by Aneurin Owen from line-out ball.

Scarlets are sharp but Dragons are winning collisions.

They press again in the 22 but the last pass isn't quite sticking. This time it's Rio Dyer that loses possession after gathering Tinus de Beer's cross-kick.

    Dragons 7-7 Scarlets

Scarlets look very sharp with ball in hand - with Blair Murray a menace.

The visitors burst into the 22 after good handling before the attack is ended by a knock-on.

There's a bit of kick tennis before Scarlet bang the ball out of play close to halfway.

    A good contest so far.

Tuitavuki has got fan favourite written all over him, he looked lively last week too.

Dragons played flat and fast and de Beer is a bag of tricks at 10, he can make something out of nothing.

Finally Dragons make their pressure pay, and it's a first try for the club for Tonga wing Tuitavuki.

The summer signing from Colomiers finishes off down the left and the ball is spread from a solid scrum.

De Beer expertly adds the conversion from the touchline to level things up.

    Dragons 0-7 Scarlets

    Dragons miss another chance.

Rhodri Williams snipes in the 22 but Scarlets scramble. They knock the ball on so Dragons will get another chance from a scrum around 15 metres out in a central position.

Tinus de Beer was absolutely flattened by Sam Lousi and will need treatment.

    Dragons 0-7 Scarlets

Frustration for Dragons, whose drive is legally sacked.

Hooker Elliot Dee peels off and then wing Anzelo Tuitavuki loses the ball in contact.

That's then followed by another chance in the 22 but a wild pass is thrown by Rhodri Williams and it's into touch.

Dragons need to be more clinical in the red zone.

    Dragons 0-7 Scarlets

Statement of intent by Dragons with their driving line-out, it earns a penalty and they will go right into the corner.
