It's been quite the day for England's boxers - six are through to Saturday's finals and there are three more in action in Friday's evening session, which started at 19:00 BST.

England's Ruby White (women's 51kg), Lucy Kings-Wheatley (women's 60kg) and Mary Kate Smith (women's 75kg) are all in semi-final action tonight.

Meanwhile, Owain Harris-Allan (men's 60kg) will be hoping to become the third Welsh boxer to qualify for the finals and Northern Ireland's Jude Gallagher (men's 60kg) will bid to join compatriot Michaela Walsh in going for gold on Saturday:

"I love it. It's a bittersweet symphony. Birmingham was tragic, I lost to a good friend in the bronze medal match, so I wanted to redeem myself.

A successful evening for England's Michael Fryer after winning his bronze medal match and now he has it around his neck.
