The Imps, in their first match at this level for 65 years, took the lead when former Boro man Adam Reach guided in after 13 minutes.
The home side, beaten in the play-off final by Hull City in May, have had far more of the ball but Imps goalkeeper George Wickens has only been forced into one save of note.

The Morocco international is in the right place at the right time, standing at the heart of the goal to just cut it towards the net as it flashes at him following a deflection off a Pompey player.

Norwich City have edged it in the first half but it remains all square at the break at Carrow Road.
Kenny McLean had probably the best chance for the Canaries after a slick one-two with Anis Ben Slimane, but couldn't get it past West Brom goalkeeper Max O'Leary when put through one-on-one.
Just the one shot so far for Albion, who have struggled to create much in the way of attacking threat.

He bursts up the wing into the box, getting swarmed by blue shirts in the process. No big deal though as he strikes and even the pinballing between the Pompey legs trying to get in it's way can't stop it driving into goal.

I think Boro have struggled in this first half. They've struggled to get the ball and get opportunities.
You've got to give credit to Lincoln because they've played to their strengths.
Can they keep that energy up in the second half? That will be the key for them.

Debutant Kyrell Lisbie slips a ball into the right channel for Ryan Leonard, who does very well to race to the byeline and pull it back across goal.
Josh Coburn is there in the six-yard box at the near post to bundle it home and the Lions lead the 10 men of Bristol City.
Charlton 0-1 Derby
Charlton are looking dangerous now.
Dan McNamara's volley is superb. The ball is above him and he really has to stretch and lean to connect and it's sent goal-bound at wicked pace.
Unfortunately for him though, Charlie Taylor is in the way and takes the brunt of the strike to see it out for a corner.

They almost make it count immediately as it drops for Josh Coburn about eight yards from goal but he can't react quickly enough to sort his feet out and it just hits him before bouncing kindly to Sam Tickle in the City goal.

A low cross from the Boro left beats George Wickens in the Imps goal before both Morgan Whittaker and Will Lankshear fail to bundle the ball in.
It eventually runs into the grateful arms of Wickens.

Big moment in this game.
Josh Coburn chests it down about 30 yards from his own goal for Millwall and spins Bristol City midfielder Adam Randell.
Coburn tries to drive up the pitch but Randell is all over him, pulling him back to stop the counter.
Referee Lewis Smith then pulls out a second yellow for Randell, who was booked earlier in the half for a poor challenge on Tairyk Arconte.

A Norwich corner comes all the way to the back post for Pelle Mattsson in the six-yard box but he's quickly smothered by Max O’Leary and West Brom clear the danger.

The hosts fail to deal with the ball in the box and when it's looped back in, Pompey stopper Nico Smidt only stands and watches as Ilias Chair puts out a toe to roll it into the net at close range.

Will Lankshear does get involved but he's pulled up for a foul.
His header is brilliantly saved by George Wickens in the Lincoln goal before the whistle goes.
Again, have to say, the foul on the Imps defender looks quite minor.

Big blow for Millwall as last season's star player Femi Azeez is forced off with an injury inside half an hour.
On comes Kyrell Lisbie for his Championship debut for the Lions after arriving from Peterborough this summer.

New Albion skipper George Campbell meets a fizzed free-kick from the left and heads into the ground. It bounces up and just over the bar but not by much.
