    Lincoln will be well aware of it, but there is quality in the Middlesbrough team and it only takes a minute for things to change.

    The home side, as you would expect, have dominated things since we got back under way.

    Could be a long half for Lincoln and their packed out away end.

    Josh Coburn (50 mins)

    Millwall double their lead and it is a long, long way back for 10-man Bristol City now.

    Jenson Metcalfe hangs up a ball to the back stick and Josh Coburn shows incredible strength to hold off two challenges and calmly head back across goal and into the bottom corner from seven yards out.

    Two goals for Coburn, two goals for the Lions and one big problem for Michael Skubala in his first league game in charge of the Robins.

    Bosun Lawal can't continue on for Stoke.

    He's replaced with Maksym Talovierov at the break.

  7. Norwich 0-0 West Brom

    Lovely feet and trickery by West Brom's new striker Jimmy-Jay Morgan to weave into the Norwich penalty area.

    He goes down under pressure but the ref waves play on.

    Norwich are straight up the other end with Mohamed Toure but he's crowded out before Kellen Fisher's effort is deflected behind by Isaac Price.

    Will Lankshear gets in down the side of the Lincoln defence and makes good connection with his shot but it's a good height for George Wickens in the Imps goal.

  9. Bristol City 0-1 Millwall

    Millwall are going in search of a second goal that would surely put this game to bed.

    There's a bit of a scramble in the City box but the Robins eventually get it clear.

    Michael Skubala has made a change at the break for Bristol City, who are down to 10 men.

    Lincoln haven't won their first game of the season in the second tier since beating Sunderland 3-1 on 23 August 1958.

    They avoided relegation by a point that season. Think a few Imps fans would take that again this time around!

    I said before the season started that Lincoln will surprise a lot of people. Would not be surprised to see them in the PL within five years.

    The area that Pompey needed to strengthen from last season was the defence and JM had not done this. A long hard season with relegation at the end is all I see.

    A difficult watch for new Bristol City boss Michael Skubala. Down to 10 men on 36 minutes – a decision which has raised a few eyebrows here. Adam Randell shown a second yellow for a fairly innocuous shirt pull.

    The opener for Millwall came not long after, bundled in from close range by Josh Coburn.

    A flag in the away end embroidered with the text “no one likes us”... I sense it's a self-proclaimed title worn with pride as they happily lead here at half time.

    Middlesbrough couldn't get any rhythm from the start. Lincoln City have played really well.

    From Boro's point of view it's how we can get past that and get back into the game.

  16. HALF-TIME

    Portsmouth 1-3 QPR

    Portsmouth get a good start but some sloppy play sees QPR take a two-goal cushion into the break.

    Fratton Park erupted when Terry Devlin landed a stunning strike at goal but their joy was cut short past the half hour mark.

    Some poor defending saw both Ilias Chair and Koki Saito on the score sheet, while Chair was once again unmarked and in the right place to pot home a third.

    Portsmouth will need to regroup else this could be a very good day for the R's indeed.

  17. 'Lincoln caused Boro issues from the off'

    Straight from the off Lincoln City were causing issues. Neto Borges at the back for Middlesbrough didn't know what hit him with the press.

    The great thing I've seen which has impressed me most are the players who have not played at this level before. I know it's only 45 minutes but those players have looked comfortable and made themselves at home in a raucous atmosphere.

    One apiece as Stoke and Swansea head to the tunnel.

    Stoke opened the scoring in the 10th minute through a stellar strike from Eric Bocat but Swansea followed it up with some quality of their own from Joseph Opoku.

    The Swans are dominating possession but not much in it in the xG. Close.

  19. HALF-TIME

    Charlton 0-1 Derby

    Sam Szmodics' stunning strike puts Derby ahead but Charlton still in it.

    The Addicks actually had a better start than their visitors but Derby grew into the game and a touch of quality from both Carlton Morris and Szmodics has provided the biggest difference so far.

    There was some end-to-end stuff in that first half. Can Charlton get back into it?

  20. HALF-TIME

    Bristol City 0-1 Millwall

    Millwall lead the 10 men of Bristol City at the halfway stage at Ashton Gate.

    A hard-fought contest but momentum swung massively in favour of the Lions since Robins midfielder Adam Randell was sent off for a second yellow after pulling back Josh Coburn in the 36th minute.

    Coburn further punished City five minutes later, bundling home at the near post from Ryan Leonard's cutback.
