    Rangers 1-0 Jablonec

That was the chance for Jablonec.

It's a lovely flick for Richard Sedlacek just inside the Rangers box but he can't keep his shot down as his sails over the crossbar.

    Hearts 2-2 Rapid Vienna

Four mintues left at Tynecastle. Time for some more magic?

  3. Postpublished at 21:34 BST 20 August

    Rangers 1-0 Jablonec

James Penrice does so well as he skips past multiple Jablonec defenders and win his side a free-kick right on the edge of the visitors' box.

Penrice swings the ball in but Jablonec get it clear.

Devlin up to his old tricks again that did when with Hearts. Never took him long to fall back into his bad habits unfortunately

    Gordon

Devlin red card doesn't surprise me. He has always had that in him. Was never convinced about him joining Rangers. In my opinion not good enough but neither is half the team. Still, it's all about the win no matter how we play

  5. FULL-TIME Motherwell 1-3 Freiburgpublished at 21:29 BST 20 August

Matthias Ginter's double either side of the break and Keisuke Goto's header give Freiburg the lead in the tie.

A glancing header in the first half and a spot-kick in the second came after Regan Charles-Cook's early opener.

Martin Moorman's red card meant the hosts were defending nonstop for the final half hour, and did so admirably until Goto's free header in the final minute of added time.

    Keisuke Goto

    A sickener.

Vincenzo Grifo's corner is met by Goto, who rises at the back post unopposed to add a late third.

  7. goal

GOAL - Hearts 2-2 Rapid Viennapublished at 21:24 BST 20 August

    Nikolaus Wurmbrand

The visitors respond after a spell of pressure.

Rapid have been knocking at the door, and come down the left-hand side into the box.

Hearts cut out an initial low cross, but it breaks to substitute Wurmbrand who drills the ball home.

  8. FULL-TIME Gent 0-0 Hibernianpublished at 21:24 BST 20 August

A missed penalty from Owen Elding proves to decisive, as Hibs miss out on the chance to take a lead back to Easter Road.

They were hanging on a little at the end as Gent exerted the pressure, but they held firm and Raphael Sallinger really didn't have all that much to do.

Ultimately, you'd probably take a goalless draw away from home before going back to Leith, wouldn't you?

Reaction from David Gray to come.

  9. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 21:22 BST 20 August

    Rangers 1-0 Jablonec

Jablonec feel they should have had a penalty for Olwethu Makhanya's challenge on Richard Sedlacek but the Rangers defender is spared by the offside flag.

The 10 men of Rangers are starting to come under a bit of pressure from the visitors.

    Gent 0-0 Hibernian

Gent are applying the pressure now. Hibs' left wing-back Adam Mayor is in the book, but the subsequent free-kick is headed behind for a corner.

That's dealt with but the defence is unzipped by a brilliant ball and the cross finds Ibrahima Cisse, but he skies the volley.

  12. RED CARD - Devlin (Rangers)published at 21:18 BST 20 August

    Rangers 1-0 Jablonec

I don't think Cammy Devlin can have any complaints about that one.

His challenge on Jriri Slama is really poor, his boot connects with the shin of the Jablonec defender and Devlin, who has only been on the pitch a few minutes, is shown a straight red card after a VAR review.

    Motherwell 1-2 Freiburg

Alex Paulsen flaps at a deep cross but gets away with it as the glut of Freiburg bodies waiting for it similarly misjudge the flight of the ball.

    Hearts 2-1 Rapid Vienna

Josh McPake has arrived as a Hearts player.

He gets a standing ovation as he's replaced by Rogers Mato. What a contribution - he was relentless down the left-hand side.

The Hearts fans here will never forget that strike from James Wilson.

'He's one of our own,' echos round Tynecastle. A boyhood Hearts fan scoring a goal like that, in such a big match.

    The stuff of dreams.

  16. Postpublished at 21:11 BST 20 August

    Rangers 1-0 Jablonec

Rangers have had a wee bit of defending to do in the last five minutes or so but they defend this latest wave of attack well and go on the counter-attack.

Djeidi Gassama races to the byline, he has James Penrice for company but opts to play the pass back across goal but Jablonec defend.

    Motherwell 1-2 Freiburg

Freiburg are relentless. They're still only one goal ahead, mind you.

A succession of close-range chances comes and goes as 10-man Motherwell weather a persistent barrage of attack.

It's an absolutely incredible hit from James Wilson.

Shades of James McFadden against France, just right-footed.

    WOW!

James Wilson rips an absolute screamer into the top corner from about 30 yards!

Another young Scottish player produces a moment of sheer class, and Hearts are in front for the first time.

    Sensational.
