Hants v Warks 141-1
They had hoped to resume after tea at 15:30 at Southampton.
But the rain is back and the covers on.
Glocs 62-5 v Derbys
Very much the visitors session. After Glocs elected to bat first seam (two for Brett Randell and one for Ben Aitchison) and then spin (two for Shoaib Bashir) have left them rocking.
For all that the game has lost over a session it is moving at pace. Time for a cup of tea.
With so much dodgy weather about recently, the pressure to get a result can sometimes trigger some creative thinking.
Teams forfeiting an innings is not a new thing in an attempt to do this but it's not that common - Middlesex became the first side in two years to give one up in their match with Derbyshire.
With the race for the County Championship title, the fight to stay in Division One and the battle for top-flight promotion red hot, will we see more teams following their lead?
BBC Sport looked at the trend and you can read it here.

Luke Hollman is clearly not pertubed to see his partnership with Leus du Plooy broken and responds by getting the new one up and running and into double figures inside three balls.
Consecutive boundaries off the first three balls from Ben Walkden also take Middx into three figures. Good response from the big man just before tea.
Surrey v Yorks 86-3
Umpires David Milns and Rob White walk out to the middle as play gets underway again after tea.
James Wharton and Matthew Revis will aim to add to their partnership worth 85 so far.
There are 36 overs due to be bowled in the final session if the weather and light holds.
Du Plooy c Jennings b Balderson 41 (Middx 92-3 v Lancs)
Leus du Plooy had put on for 68 for the third wicket with Luke Hollman but George Balderson has nabbed the former who cuts to backward point where Keaton Jennings takes the catch.
That was a much needed breakthrough as the pair were motoring on quite nicely after a shaky start against the new ball.
Image source, ShutterstockOnly one over has been possible so far on day one at Trent Bridge as leaders Nottinghamshire play Leicestershire
It's been another frustrating day across the schedule with play severely affected by rain.
While Division One leaders Notts have hardly got going, title rivals Warwickshire and Somerset have been trying to take advantage.
Division One
Chelmsford: Essex (144-5 - tea) v Sussex
Utilita Bowl: Hampshire v Warwickshire (141-1, rain)
Trent Bridge: Nottinghamshire (9-0, rain) v Leicestershire
Taunton: Somerset v Glamorgan (166-9)
Kia Oval: Surrey v Yorkshire (86-3, tea)
Division Two
Bristol: Gloucestershire (62-5) v Derbyshire
Canterbury: Kent (210-5, tea) v Worcestershire
Northwood: Middlesex (92-2) v Lancashire
Northampton: Northamptonshire v Durham (112-3, rain)
Notts 9-0 v Leics
Just the one over possible today but the covers have been rolled away and the umpires are set to have another look in the next few minutes.
Kent 210-5 v Worcestershire - Tea
Call him 'DBD', 'Deebs' or 'Well played Mr Bell-Drummond'.
Either way, this could be a priceless knock by Daniel Bell-Drummond for Kent.
He has ridden his luck at times a touch, but any batter worth their runs will tell you, you need that.
There's been just as much skill and hand-eye belligerence too. Eight fours - many slapped with disdain - in his 90-ball half-ton.
Kent were 18-2 and 103-4.
He's the man Worcestershire need next.

Ed Middleton has a lucky escape as Shoaib Bashir somehow fails to take another wicket.
The spinner turns one to Middleton's inside edge and the deflection takes the ball down and over his stumps.
Glocs take a cheeky single too as Bashir stands hands on head.
Essex v Sussex 144-5
Very slow going at Chelmsford with progress at only two-and-a-bit an over.
Jack Leaning, on 11, and John Simpson, 17, get their side to the second break.
Probably Essex the happier having lost the toss.
Surrey v Yorkshire 86-3
Image source, ShutterstockWe had to wait until after lunch for this game to get underway but it was worth the wait.
Surrey threatened to blow Yorkshire away as they earned what must have been one of the fastest bonus points of the season.
Yorkshire found themselves 1 for 3 after two overs but since then James Wharton and Matthew Revis have dug in. They've ridden their luck at times but it's been a fine effort from them and the session has ended up being fairly even.
O'Riordan c Rew b Lammonby (Somerset v Glam 158-9)
Tom Lammonby strikes with the first ball of his next over!
A full delivery to the left-handed Connor O’Riordan who follows it and edges low to the wicketkeeper.
Lammonby on a hat-trick…
Mir Hamza survives.
Glocs 43-5 v Derbys
Six overs, two maidens and 2-4 for Shoaib Bashir who has Glocs well and truly pinned.
It is 21 wickets for the season for the Derbys and England man at 33.61 which is a slightly disappointing return but, as ever, in a disrupted season.
Douthwaite c Nicholls b Lammonby 18 (Somerset v Glam 158-8)
Dan Douthwaite crashes a full wide one from Tom Lammonby to the cover fence.
But then becomes the latest to edge to the cordon. This time caught low at first slip.
All eight dismissals caught behind the bat so far.
Cooke c Abell b Overton 9 (Somerset v Glam 150-7)
Glamorgan slide further as Chris Cooke nicks a full ball from Craig Overton that leaves him just enough to take a thick edge to second slip.
Benjamin c Cullen b Swanepoel (Kent 182-5 v Worcestershire)
A swish. A nick. A catch.
Ah Chris Benjamin! Looking good and dangerous in getting to a run-a-ball 40 rather gives it away.
He's tried to wipe a Beyers Swanepoel delivery through midwicket but has missed it with the meat of the bat and grazed it with an inside edge.
Henry Cullen pouches it and hurls it in the air with the joy of a man who's just been given what he always wanted for Christmas.
He hasn't of course but, given how well Kent were bossing the momentum, it could be a big moment nontheless.
A troublesome stand for the Pears done at 79.
Surrey v Yorks 70-3
James Wharton scores two boundaries in an over, one around his pads and the other through the covers.
The runs are conceded by Matthew Fisher who earlier claimed two wickets in the first over the match against his former county.
Boorman lbw b Bashir 0 (Glocs 37-5 v Derbys)
Image source, Getty ImagesShoaib Bashir bowls direct and with pace so any late turn can really upset the batsman's defence. He pins Tommy Boorman late in his crease and takes his second of the innings.
Glocs are having a shocker here after electing to bat.
Hammond lbw b Bashir 10 (Glocs 37-4 v Derbys)
Shoaib Bashir gets some turn and pins Miles Hammond on the back pad right in front of middle stump.
That is, well, as plumb as an lbw can be and Hammond, who scored 145 against Derbys last time they met, falls 135 short.
