You'll never guess who's taken the final Essex wicket...

Fittingly, it is Ethan Bamber who finishes off the Essex innings to finish with figures of 6-26 from his 15 overs.

Sam Cook lasts two balls before a yorker rattles his stumps to leave George Bell stranded on 61 not out.

He was comfortably Essex's highest scorer and is the main reason they reached the total they have done.

Two deliveries later, he drives sweetly through cover off the back foot off Nathan Gilchrist for four.

    Essex 134-9 v Warwickshire

    Kit Harris
    BBC Sport commentator

Trapped on the pad – it was high, certainly it was high. Marginal rather than stone dead. Killeen has gone and Bamber has his five.

That is an outstanding bowling performance. That lbw may have been touch and go but Bamber’s spell has certainly not been, he’s been well worthy of his five wickets today.

  4. Five-wicket haul for Bamberpublished at 14:07 BST 15 September

Killeen lbw Bamber 18 (Essex 134-9 v Warwickshire)

Ethan Bamber takes his fifth wicket to get Mitch Killeen lbw for 18.

Lancashire have made it to three figures, even if they arrive in slightly worse shape than they would have imagined when they were 81-0.

  7. wicket

    Root c Foakes b Nabi 11 (Surrey v Glamorgan 120-6)

Fourth wicket for Auqib Nabi as Ben Foakes shows why he is still the best keeper in the country, in many people's opinion.

He dives to his left but is able to take it in both gloves and Billy Root is on his way. The left-hander won't be happy with that one, it was a poor, half-hearted shot.

  8. Postpublished at 14:00 BST 15 September

    Yorkshire 117-5 v Somerset

Here comes Migael Pretorius from the Howard Stand End.

Leg side and glanced away to mid on for one by George Hill.

    Kent v Lancashire 95-4

Lancashire need Matty Hurst and Josh Bohannon to steady the ship here and they've made a start of doing so, stopping the flurry of Kent wickets for now.

Neither of these two batters have been massively in the runs this season - until last time out for Bohannon when he hit 62.

Now would be a great time to find some form for the visitors.

  10. Postpublished at 13:56 BST 15 September

    Surrey v Glamorgan 119-5

They are looking at the ball again - we've already had one changed today.

Umpire Ian Blackwell smiles as he tosses it back to Matt Fisher.

Fisher quickly completes a maiden over.

Northants grab an important wicket very soon after the lunch interval in this delayed contest.

Luis Reece and Wayne Madsen's 50-partnership is broken as the former is trapped lbw for 22.

The breakthrough for Northants is made by Harry Conway.

  18. 50 runs

for Ben Stokespublished at 13:49 BST 15 September

    Durham 179-3 v Worcs

Ben Stokes turns a ball from Ben Gibbon to leg and runs a couple as he and Mayank Agarwal bring up a 100 partnership.

Two balls later Stokes cover drives to reach his fourth 50 of the season for Durham from just 39 balls.

But that's all she wrote as the left-hander plays across the line to straight one from Gibbon and is leg-before.

A muttered comment suggests he is not pleased with himself.
