    Clermont 23-48 Leinster

A late Tommy O'Brien try wraps up an ultimately comprehensive bonus-point win for Leinster at Stade Marcel-Michelin.

Clermont led 16-15 at half-time but Leinster's power and big-game experience told during a dominant second-half display.

In addition to O'Brien, Tadhg Furlong, Dan Sheehan (2), Sam Prendergast and Jack Conan crossed for Leinster, who were also awarded a penalty try.

Prendergast starred again at out-half after impressing in last week's URC win over Cardiff.

    Clermont 23-43 Leinster

Another two tries in what has turned into a fairly high-scoring game. After Mathys Belaubre's score for Clermont, Jack Conan - who has been impressive today - crosses for Leinster's sixth.

The result is beyond doubt now with just over 10 minutes left.

  19. Postpublished at 60 mins

We're into the final quarter. Under the new bonus-point rules, the Stormers need another try to earn a bonus point for scoring three more tries than Bristol.

  20. Leinster pull clear in second halfpublished at 16:38 BST 17 October

    Clermont 16-36 Leinster

Leinster are starting to pull away now. After a penalty try was awarded following a series of Clermont indiscretions, Dan Sheehan runs in for his second try of the game.

The Irish side have five tries to one so are on course for an opening bonus-point win in France.
