    Blaze 138-2 (target 252) v Hampshire

Tammy Beaumont works Georgia Adams to Abi Norgrove at midwicket for 0 four times in a row to close out the over after two singles started it.

The offspinner turning it into the right-handers arc who can't whip past Norgrove in any of those four consecutive attempts!

More impressive bowling from Poppy Tulloch who should concede four but does five off her fourth over.

A misfield allows two off the final ball.

    Blaze 131-2 (target 252) v Hampshire

A half-hearted lbw shout from Georgia Adams on Tammy Beaumont first ball sees just a leg bye given.

Two singles off the bat make it three to the total, two off the bowler this over as Hampshire continue the post-drinks squeeze.

  4. Postpublished at 26 overs

    Blaze 128-2 (target 252) v Hampshire

Tammy Beaumont takes one then Georgia Elwiss cuts for one.

A couple of problems posed here by Poppy Tulloch, a bit of wobble, but no further breakthrough yet.

Good over for Hampshire after that lengthy drinks break.

Tammy Beaumont earns applause as she pushes an off-side single to bring up her half-century from 75 balls.

It's the fifth time Beaumont has scored 50 in this tournament - three of them against Hampshire.

She has 51, with Georgia Elwiss on 17 as we reach halfway in this chase - and time for a drinks break.

    Blaze 121-2 (target 252) v Hampshire

Poppy Tulloch finds the edge of Georgia Elwiss' bat - but unfortunately for the bowler, it whistles beyond the grasp of wicketkeeper Rhianna Southby and away to the boundary rope.

Elwiss has dominated the scoring since she came in, moving along to 15 from 24 balls.

Two very dangerous players batting together here...

    Blaze 115-2 (target 252) v Hampshire

Georgia Elwiss drives Amanda-Jade Wellington through the covers, but Naomi Dattani gets enough on the ball to ensure it costs only two runs rather than four.

Elwiss is into double figures now, but Hampshire have certainly applied the brakes to some extent since capturing those two wickets in an over.

    Blaze 111-2 (target 252) v Hampshire

Hampshire switch back to seam now as they introduce Poppy Tulloch into the attack for the first time in this final.

Georgia Elwiss - back on familiar turf, of course, having featured for the Southern Vipers team that eventually morphed into Hampshire Women - is just aiming to keep the scoreboard ticking over with singles and she collects a couple of them from Tulloch's first over.

Tammy Beaumont, meanwhile, is 47 not out at the other end.

  10. Postpublished at 21 overs

    Blaze 108-2 (target 252) v Hampshire

Tammy Beaumont has taken on a few risky singles in this innings and she only just gets home as Naomi Dattani's throw from mid-off hits at the bowler's end.

Meanwhile, Georgia Elwiss attempts an ungainly reverse sweep against Amanda-Jade Wellington and gets in a bit of a tangle, but no damage done as the ball drops safely.

  11. Postpublished at 20 overs

    Blaze 104-2 (target 252) v Hampshire

Inevitably, that double strike has slowed the scoring rate for the time being, although the batters manage to pick up three singles and a leg-bye from that Bex Tyson over.

They need another 148 and have 30 overs in which to score them.

  12. Postpublished at 19 overs

    Blaze 100-2 (target 252) v Hampshire

Amanda-Jade Wellington has the bit between her teeth now, sending down five dot balls before Georgia Elwiss grabs a single from the sixth.

That brings the total into three figures, but The Blaze would much rather the wickets column was still blank - as it was until very recently.

  13. Postpublished at 18 overs

    Blaze 99-2 (target 252) v Hampshire

New batter Georgia Elwiss gets off the mark first ball, dabbing Bex Tyson for a single on the off side.

The Blaze need to reset after losing both Bryce sisters in a single over.

    What a catch that was.

That is worth watching on the highlights two or three times as that is an absolutely awesome catch.

She is diving backwards as well.

    K Bryce c Adams b Wellington (Blaze 97-2) - target 252 v Hampshire

Two for the Bryce of one!

Amanda-Jade Wellington strikes twice in the over as Kathryn Bryce drives, gets a thick edge and Georgia Adams pulls off an excellent one-handed catch at slip.

Adams went the wrong way initially, but quickly checked and flung herself to her left to grab the ball.

Are Hampshire back in this after that Wellington over?

That gives Hampshire the opportunity to get around and have a chat about their plans going forward now.

See if they can build on this.

Get rid of one Scottish international Bryce, and another comes in.

  17. wicket

    S Bryce c Kemp b Wellington 39 (Blaze 95-1) - target 252 v Hampshire

Amanda-Jade Wellington has wicket number 38 now!

Sarah Bryce goes for the sweep and picks out the fielder on the square leg boundary perfectly.

Big relief for Hampshire as Sarah's sister Kathryn marches out to replace her in the middle.

  18. Postpublished at 16 overs

    Blaze 95-0 (target 252) v Hampshire

Change of ends for Bex Tyson, replacing Georgia Adams after that expensive last over.

Five singles come from this one - but still no wicket. Hampshire badly need one of those now.

  19. Postpublished at 15 overs

    Blaze 90-0 (target 252) v Hampshire

If Hampshire can bank on anyone to get them a wicket or two, it's Amanda-Jade Wellington.

The Australian leg-spinner has taken 37 of them in the competition so far, more than any other bowler and they've gone to her now in a bid to break this opening partnership.

Wellington gets the ball to turn, but Tammy Beaumont plays it nicely, steering to deep third for a couple. Seven from the over in all and The Blaze need 162 more from 35 overs.

  20. Postpublished at 14 overs

    Blaze 83-0 (target 252) v Hampshire

Just as the bowlers seemed to be gaining a foothold, Sarah Bryce spoils things by dancing down the pitch to Georgia Adams and lifting her over long-on for six.

Tammy Beaumont backs that up later in the over by pulling Adams to the midwicket fence and the over goes for 13. Blaze are in cruise control right now.
