    2022 silver medallist Alex Saffy upgrades to gold in Glasgow with a burst of speed in the final 25 metres!

    Fernando Lu of Canada was quick off the blocks, but in the end he drops to bronze.

    Col Pearse takes silver to complete an Australian one-two.

    But after a pause, Lu is disqualified for alternating leg movement, meaning his compatriot Jack Gill takes bronze.

    The men's 100m butterfly S10 final is shaping out to be a battle between two Australians.

    Col Pearse took gold in 2022, while Alex Saffy won silver.

    Both qualified for tonight's final with the two quickest times in the heats by far - Pearse clocked 56.56 seconds, with Saffy just behind with 56.73.

    Could we be seeing the rise of Adam Ramsay-Peaty's heir to the breaststroke throne?

    Ramsay-Peaty and Filip Nowacki shake hands after they both go faster in the semi-finals of the 100m breaststroke.

    Ramsay-Peaty qualifies fastest for Saturday's final but only just... and he had his mentee Nowacki on his tail in the final 20m as the 18-year-old closed the gap to just three tenths of a second.

    Nowacki's 200m breaststroke stamina paying off.

    Alexander Yolshin-Cash is next on the high bar for England and absolutely nails the routine and ends with a tiny hop forward.

    He's gotten better and better this evening.

    It's another swimming gold for Scotland!

    Faye Rogers wins it in 2:29.61, three second better than her time in the heats earlier today.

    Jasmine Greenwood of Australia takes silver, with Mary Jibb of Canada securing bronze.

    English duo Brock Whiston and Evie Lambert finish seventh and eighth respectively.

    Now Rogers will turn her attention to the women's 200m butterfly next week.

    Luke Whitehouse produces a very clean routine, somehow, despite everything, but just loses balance on the dismount and ends up on the mat which is a real shame after a routine of pure nerve.

    Earlier this afternoon Scottish Para-swimmer Faye Rogers topped her heat in the women's 200m individual medley SM10.

    The Paralympic champion will compete in the final tonight but that won't be the end of her Commonwealth Games.

    On Wednesday Rogers will compete in the women's 200m butterfly heats, making her the only para athlete to take part in a non-para sport at these games.

    "It means a lot on a personal level but its also really cool to show other girls with disabilities that it does not have to hold you back," Rogers told BBC Sport.

    Rogers has an impairment in her right arm following a car crash five years ago, which severed her ulner nerve.

    She had been swimming Olympic trials before that and later switched to para swimming,
