Next up we have the women's singles semi-finals.

Katherine Rednall from England is up against Shae Wilson from Norfolk Island while the other tie is between Ali Merrien of Guernsey and Emma Firyana Saroji from Malaysia.

Another great jump from Jazmin Sawyers. After reaching 6.93cm in her fourth attempt, she lands a 6.90cm on her fifth.

Even that would be enough to win gold as things stand.

The Scots went down 2-0 to Australia with England losing to New Zealand by the same scoreline.

That's 6cm better than Nigeria's Ruth Usoro, who sits in the silver medal position.

That is a very young England team - they won't have trained a lot as a quartet - but you want to see the young ones out there in a big crowd learning about the pressures of a senior championship and getting the baton round.

Yes, at the Europeans the big names will be back and we will expect to see medals, but I'm proud how this team went about it.

The England duo of Nick Brett and Jamie Walker are into the final of the men's pairs.

They have raced to a 2-0 win over Canada at the SEC Centre in Glasgow.

Both sets finished 9-1 to the English pair who were never in trouble.

They will now meet either Malaysia or Northern Ireland in the final - they are currently in a tie break to decide the winner with the set score finishing 1-1.

Time for the women's 4x100m relay. Can Australia do the double?

Jamaica were fastest in heats and will be the favourites, but as we've just seen you can't take anything for granted in the relays.

Mabel Akande, Aleeya Sibbons, Renee Regis and Success Eduan go for England.

Scotland's Lucy Fraser, Kaya Slater, Alyson Bell, Alisha Rees are in lane two.

The Canada quartet had their nations' flag draped over their shoulders and were beginning their celebrations, but they have been disqualified along with South Africa.

That bumps England up to fourth!

Or not! Canada have been disqualified.

There was a problem with their opening changeover.

Canada get the silver, while the bronze medal goes to Nigeria, who beat Ghana by 0.01 seconds.

I cannot believe what I've just seen! Australia brought in the big guns: Lachlan Kennedy led them off and put them in a fantastic position and Rohan Browning ran the race of his life to reel in Nigeria.

This was Nigeria's to lose but there was also the might of Andre de Grasse, an Olympic and world individual and relay medallist, who cannot believe what he's seen.

A great leg from Elliot Jones. England are in third at the changeover.
