    We have reached the business event of the competition in the netball and England are still dreaming of replicating their 2018 triumph on the Gold Coast.

    Anna Stembridge's side still have a lot of hard work to do to match Tracey Neville's gold medal winners of eight years ago but victory in Thursday's winner-takes-all clash against South Africa means they're through to another semi-final.

    They shrugged off a heavy defeat by Australia early on and now face New Zealand, who won all five of their pool games, with the winners progressing to the gold medal game.

    No time to waste, the action has just begun!

    We really have got a bumper day of action in Glasgow today with a whopping 44 Commonwealth Games gold medals to be won!

    Where are these medals up for grabs? Well, we've two sessions of athletics, boxing, track cycling and judo.

    All 14 of the men's and women's boxing finals take place at the SEC Centre - with seven English fighters seeking gold medals.

    The men's mile is the highlight of the athletics schedule, with Scotland's world record holder Josh Kerr favourite to take the gold.

    But before all that, we start with 2018 champions England facing New Zealand in the netball semi-finals.
