    Maguire v Coughlin 2&1 (F)

Leona Maguire loses her unbeaten singles record in Solheim Cups as she's beaten by Lauren Coughlin.

I'm sure that disappointment will be eased though by Europe winning!

Lottie Woad has been the talk of the week along with Charley Hull for their largely fruitless partnership, so how ironic that they've both had a huge say in Europe's victory.

Hull put the first point on the board when leading her team out, and Woad has hit the putt that assured Europe will win the cup back.

Europe's two best players have made a statement when it really mattered, so maybe we won't make so much of their partnership after all?

    3UP Ciganda v Kupcho (15)

Boom. Carlota Ciganda drills her drive down the long 16th. That has gone miles and miles. She'll definitely be chasing the green in two.

And boy does she do just that. Her second shot finds the centre of the green.

Jennifer Kupcho, from the fairway, is long and right.

Ciganda will want to wrap this up here and join the party.

    2&1 Woad v Kim (F)

Lottie Woad beats Auston Kim and Europe will win the Solheim Cup!

Woad's victory takes Europe to 14 points and with Carlota Ciganda guaranteed a half point it means Anna Nordqvist's side will be keeping the trophy in Europe.

Nordqvist and the rest of the European team come streaming onto the 17th green jumping for joy, cheering and hugging as the hosts get over the line.

You can tell the crowd are ready to celebrate a European victory. There's a party ready to set off.

    Boutier v Zhang A/S (14)

The final pair reach the closing stretch.

Rose Zhang is first to go on the par-three 15th and finds the middle of the green.

Celine Boutier tells her ball to sit. She's about 35 feet from the hole, perhaps 10 feet further than Zhang.

  9. Maguire just missespublished at 15:40 BST 13 September

    Maguire v Coughlin 2UP (16)

More short game wizardry from Leona Maguire on 16 but it needed to go in really, as Lauren Coughlin converts from close range to halve the hole and go dormie two.

Maguire could still rescue half a point from this but it's looking unlikely the way Coughlin has played.

Europe are in the driving seat thanks to being up in two matches but there's no real room for error right now.

  10. Kim closerpublished at 15:38 BST 13 September

    2UP Woad v Kim (16)

Solid strike, pin high from Lottie Woad - some distance away at around 25 feet maybe but safe enough.

Auston Kim though is more attacking, hits it exactly the same line as Woad but only about half the distance away from the flag so she'll get a superb read from the Englishwoman and a big chance to pull a hole back.

  11. Ciganda goed dormiepublished at 15:37 BST 13 September

    3UP Ciganda v Kupcho (16)

Jennifer Kupcho to putt first on the 15th green. It's downhill, fairly straight. The American is giving this her full attention, studying all angles. But she forgets to hit it. The ball pulls up a foot short.

Here's Carlota Ciganda to get Europe to 14 points...

...from 12 feet... no! Ball starts left, stays left. But she is guaranteed a half point. And with Lottie Woad also guaranteed a half Europe are effectively on 14 points...

If Lottie Woad picks up victory, and she can't lose now, then all rookies picked by Anna Nordqvist have won their point except Mimi Rhodes.

    3UP Ciganda v Kupcho (14)

On to the short 15th and Carlota Ciganda ramps up the pressure a notch further by firing her tee shot to around a dozen feet from the hole.

Jennifer Kupcho responds by hitting the green too and she'll have a 15-footer for birdie.

  14. Splash!published at 15:33 BST 13 September

    Maguire v Coughlin 2UP (15)

Lauren Coughlin finds the water in front of the 16th green. That gives Leona Maguire a chance but she's already hit two so needs a fairway wood into the green with her third.

It stays dry but it's in that heather over on the right. It's a messy hole for both this one.

How impressive have the rookies been for Europe all week? I know it feels like Lottie Woad isn't a rookie but she is here and she's really come into her own.

That was right into the centre of the cup.

    2UP Woad v Kim (16)

Lottie Woad trickles in a birdie on 16 to win the hole - she had two putts for it but knocking that one in gets the crowd going and is always a nice way to win a hole.

More importantly it puts Woad two up with two holes to play. Europe are inching closer to victory, but they can't afford to relax - after all look what happened late last night.

  19. Ciganda almost homepublished at 15:28 BST 13 September

    3UP Ciganda v Kupcho (14)

Carlota Ciganda pulls her tee shot on the 14th into a fairway bunker but the Spaniard plays a wonderful shot out of the sand. The ball sticking on the green pin-high, 20 feet right.

Jennifer Kupcho is left of the flag in two, in a little dell but out with the putter. She could do with replicating one of her magic putts from yesterday... pace is decent, line is excellent... but the ball stops three feet short.

Ciganda to hammer in a nail... tentative. Unusual. And Kupcho wants to see this holed out. It is.

  20. Veteran movepublished at 15:24 BST 13 September

    1UP Woad v Kim (15)

Lottie Woad is an old head on young shoulders, as you see when she opts to lay up on 16 after Auston Kim finds the water.

Woad plays a lovely wedge shot as well onto the green so she's well in the driving seat her as she looks to put Kim away and claim a point.
