  1. Fox makes fast startpublished at 12:48 BST 20 September

    M Fitzpatrick -9, Fox -12 (4)

Matt Fitzpatrick atones for a bogey on the opening hole with a birdie on the fourth.

His playing partner, Ryan Fox, who is the reigning Open champion is looking sharp on the greens mind and knocks in his second birdie of the day after a lovely wedge into around five feet.

  2. Hatton finishes week stronglypublished at 12:48 BST 20 September

He might not have thought it after bogeying the first, but six birdies in the next 12 holes rocketed Tyrrell Hatton up the leaderboard.

The Englishman couldn't quite produce the finish to put him right amongst it, but a five-under-par 67 means he finishes on -10 - tied for 19th as things stand.

    Reitan -11 (12:45)

Kristoffer Reitan was one of the players to make giant strides on moving day.

The Norwegian carded an eight-under 64, the joint best round on Saturday along with Johannes Veerman and Alejandro del Rey.

And it allowed him to climb more than 40 places up the leaderboard into third. Oh - and he made five birdies in the final five holes.

    Scott -11, McIlroy -11 (1)

Rory McIlroy's second is from a spot that isn't far off hugging the tree line. With grass between ball and club, his approach flies miles past the pin but finds the back right of the green.

He has to work to do but rolls his ball down to around four feet and reassuringly strokes in the par putt.

Aside from victory at Wentworth one of the major talking points will be if Rory McIlroy can leapfrog Patrick Reed in the DP World Tour's Race to Dubai standings.

The Northern Irishman is attempting to equal Colin Montgomerie's record of eight (which were won when it was called the Order of Merit) and currently sits second.

And with Reed withdrawing through injury on Friday, reigning Masters champion McIlroy has the chance to jump above the American if he wins today or at least finishes solo second.

McIlroy, will not have far to go to celebrate if he does triumph, as he has a house within the Wentworth estate and he also has previous around here, albeit he hasn't won the European circuit's flagship tournament since 2014.

"I'd love to win this tournament again. It's been a long time, 12 years," McIlroy said on Saturday.

"I have so many great memories of Wentworth in general. I came here for the first time as a 10-year-old to watch the World Match Play all the way back in the day, and I came in - it was always half-term.

"I always came with my mum and dad and watched this one. Fast forward, I've won this event. I've played a lot here and we now have a house on the estate as well. This place has a lot of history for me. Hopefully I have a good chance and give myself a real chance at it again."

    Scott -11, McIlroy -11 (12:25 BST)

Adam Scott is so dependable isn't he. The Australian, who won the Masters back in 2013 zings his drive straight down the fairway.

Rory McIlroy's radar is off mind. Where is he going there? The Northern Irishman's drive flies miles left.

  7. England's Sullivan takes joint leadpublished at 12:33 BST 20 September

Andy Sullivan moves into the joint lead and takes the clubhouse lead, making a superb birdie on the 18th to finish with a eight-under-par round of 64.

Seven birdies and an eagle for the 39-year-old Englishman, which shows what can be achieved on this course today.

England's Aaron Rai, who won his first major earlier this year, has just dropped a shot after a promising start - but he remains just two shots back on -11.

Rory McIlroy enjoyed an eagle finish on Saturday to very much stay in contention.

Having cut the corner off the hole with a typical booming drive, just watch this approach from the Northern Irishman. Glorious.

It's very much a case of it being all to play for on the final day of the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth.

One of the things that makes this tournament so exciting is that going down the stretch almost anything can happen.

Spain’s Manuel Elvira and Italy's Filippo Celli lead the way at 13 under, while Alejandro Del Rey, JJ Spaun and Johannes Veerman are one shot back at 12 under.

And then you've got Kristoffer Reitan, Davis Bryant, Joaquin Niemann, Adam Scott and six-time major winner Rory McIlroy, who are all two strokes adrift of the lead.

Robert MacIntyre, Matt Wallace, Ludvig Aberg and Open champion Ryan Fox are in a posse of players at 10 under but, if anyone goes really low today, the winner could come from event further back than that.
