    Solihull Moors have signed striker Jacob Wakeling in a permanent move from Peterborough United.

    Wakeling only managed eight appearances in two years with Posh and spent last season on loan at Gillingham in League Two.

    He made his debut for Moors in the 1-0 defeat to Yeovil Town on Tuesday.

    Solihull Moors have signed free agent Emmanuel Sonupe on a short-term contract until the end of the month.

    Sonupe, 29, came through the Tottenham Hotspur academy and had a loan spell with Scottish Premiership side St Mirren before joining Northampton Town in 2016.

    The former England Under-16 and Under-18 winger went on to play for Kidderminster, Stevenage, Yeovil and Dartford.

    He then had spells overseas in the United States, with El Paso Locomotive, and most recently in the UAE with Masafi and Precision Football.

    National League side Solihull Moors have signed teenage Manchester United defender Louis Jackson on a season-long loan.

    The Scotland Under-19 centre-back has played twice for the Premier League club's under-21s side but is yet to break into the first team at Old Trafford despite being in several matchday squads.

    Jackson, 19, has been with United since he was 10 and won the FA Youth Cup in 2022.
