England boss Thomas Tuchel is watching on.

I wonder what he thinks of Cole Palmer's early-season form.

    Chelsea 1-0 Luton

Cole Palmer's cross is cleared and the ball bounces down nicely for Palmer to run on to and whip one towards the top corner.

It's got a really nice shape on it as it clips the top of the bar.

A reminder that there is still only one goal separating these two.

    Chelsea 1-0 Luton

    Chris Sutton

It's a brilliant cross from Malo Gusto on the right hand side.

He puts it on a plate for Danny Welbeck who we know is excellent in the air. Good leap and then he directs the header past Josh Keeley in the Luton goal from six yards.

    That's the breakthrough Chelsea wanted.

Just as you say that, Chris...

That is exactly why Danny Welbeck was snapped up by Chelsea in the summer.

The ball is sent wide for Estevao, he finds the overlapping Malo Gusto, who fires a cross to the head of Welbeck for a goal on his Chelsea debut.
