While Bruno Guimareas and his team-mates celebrated that wonder-strike, David Raya ran over to the sideline and was mobbed by Mikel Arteta and his coaching staff. Without his penalty save, that goal might never happen.

What a finish! He enjoyed that one, did Bruno Guimaraes. This game has turned around in minutes. The quality of Guimaraes's effort there, he had a couple of Sunderland players in the way, gets to them on the edge of the area, has a look but what a finish.

There's no better away ground that Guimaraes would want to score at.

Oh, that is going to STING Sunderland!

Moments after Sunderland have a penalty saved, Bruno Guimaraes fires the Gunners ahead with a quite glorious strike from outside the D.

Yes, the same Guimaraes who used to play for Sunderland's bitter rivals Newcastle.

    An absolute thunderbolt.

What a save that is from David Raya. Big, big save.

That's a big moment for Sunderland, they've worked so hard to get something out of this game. They got the penalty but couldn't convert it.
