    Humdinger of a finish.

Full-back Terry Devlin is the hero for the Blues, popping up in the first half to tuck home a bouncing ball to put the hosts ahead.

Swansea grew into the game and eventually levelled through a Zan Vipotnik penalty on 85 minutes and then thumped the bar through Ross Stewart in the closing stages,

However Devlin popped up with a similar finish with his right foot into the same corner in the second minute of injury time and then Thomas Waddingham pounced six minutes later to put a cherry on the icing on the cake.

Pompey closing on the play-offs after a sixth match unbeaten but Swansea miss the chance to go top and fall out of the automatic promotion places.

Azaz spins one way then the other to evade Nat Phillips before curling towards the far corner... and it just drifts narrowly wide with O'Leary desperately scampering back.

Stoke City hold on for a big three points and their good form goes on.

That's now eight wins in 11 games since losing their opening three matches for the Potters, who roll on to go level with Birmingham in the automatic promotion spots.

Blackburn suffer back-to-back league defeats for the first time since the beginning of September.

    Jo Tessem
Ex-Southampton midfielder on BBC Radio Solent

This has suddenly turned into a good football game with tempo.

Fantastic attitude from both sides in the second half.

Definitely a game of two halves from Southampton. It's so open and I don't think it's going to end 1-1.

A stern-looking Derby boss John EustaceImage source, Shutterstock

Just over two weeks ago, Norwich were beaten at home by Portsmouth to fall to a fourth successive league defeat and serious questions were being asked at Carrow Road.

Fast forward to the start of November and they have crushed Derby to record three wins on the bounce and inflict more misery on a ramshackle looking home side.

First-half goals from Anthony Musaba, Paris Maghoma and Darlin Yongwa buried the Rams before Jovon Makama hammered home a fourth.

The Carnaries are into the top half of the Championship while for Derby and their under-pressure boss John Eustace it is no win in eight at home and a fourth defeat in five games.
