Paris Saint-Germain fans are never shy of making noise and there is plenty coming from them as they are already packed into their section in a corner of Etihad Stadium.

  3. A familiar face...published at 19:41 BST

Man City v PSG (20:00 BST)

There is set to be a familiar face in the crowd for Manchester City fans tonight with Pep Guardiola reportedly at the Etihad for the fixture against PSG.

It will mark the first time the Spaniard has returned to Etihad Stadium since he left the club at the end of last season after a decade as manager.

After City were found guilty of charges relating to breaches of the Premier League's financial regulations between the 2009-10 and 2017-18 seasons - several of which Guardiola was in charge for - the 55-year-old turned to social media to back his former club's owners and leadership and said he will "always" be behind the club.

"I want every single Manchester City fan across the world to know I am here; more than ever," he posted on social media.

"I am, always have been, always will, be behind my club, my owner, my chairman, Ferran [Soriano], the players, staff, Enzo [Maresca] and you, our unique supporters.

"Let me be clear: we will get through this together. I love you all."

You imagine he will get some reception if he's spotted on the big screen tonight.

As a Liverpool fan, I’m starting to feel that despite scoring six, conceding three makes this actually quite a poor result. The balance isn’t any better than it was under Slot.

Yvan Dibango lifts a dangerous ball into the mixer but Alemao can only head on to the roof of Alisson's goal.

Liverpool's defending is on the plane home right now. Awful stuff.

Iraola won't be happy with conceding three. He'll be happy with the other end of the pitch, but the way that he wants Liverpool to play. More vertical, more aggressive, there's still that balance that needs to be struck with protecting the defence. Just needs a little bit of composure and concentration.

Gomez and Frimpong have absolutely no defensive qualities at all. It’s like watching the Sunday League when watching Gomez. No disrespect to Sunday League!

They just get in behind, don't they? It's a terrific cross, like it was for Flecker's first goal and it was a good finish, but from a Liverpool point of view, that is far too much space.

  18. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 82 mins

    LASK 3-6 Liverpool

We have had changes between all of those goals as Victor Munoz was introduced by Liverpool in place of Bradley Barcola.
