    Nedum Onuoha
Former Man City defender on MOTD: UEFA Champions League

PSG's press is just ridiculous. Then the speed of their attacks is incredible.

  5. Postpublished at 20:22 BST

    Man City 0-2 PSG

PSG give the ball away cheaply to Erling Haaland and the big Norwegian gets on one of his trademark runs but he's up against three defenders and can't find a way through before Willian Pacho makes the intervention.

  6. PSG simply ruthlesspublished at 20:21 BST

    Man City 0-2 PSG

    Phil McNulty
BBC Sport chief football writer at Etihad Stadium

We've seen this before in the Champions League. Manchester City have seen this before in the Champions League.

PSG are brutally brilliant. In complete control already, City head coach Enzo Maresca can only turn away in despair.

  7. Villa have got to give Manzambi the 'license' to be creativepublished at 20:20 BST

    Aston Villa 1-0 Fenerbahce

    Glenn Hoddle
Former England and Tottenham manager on TNT Sports

In that position when you're linking between the striker and the midfield, you've got to have that creativity and if Manzambi's good enough to do it, then you've got to give him the license.

  8. Postpublished at 20:20 BST

    Man City 0-2 PSG

Two goals in two minutes for the visitors.

    City are stunned.

  9. Postpublished at 20:20 BST

    Aston Villa 1-0 Fenerbahce

    Nick Mashiter
BBC Sport football news reporter at Villa Park

Villa have been on top but they have needed Zion Suzuki to make two important saves from Vedat Muriqi.

Fenerbahce will be encouraged they have found some space but so have Aston Villa with John McGinn, Johan Manzambi and Ibrahim Mbaye dangerous.

  10. 'Absolutely devastating'published at 20:20 BST

    Man City 0-2 PSG

    Chris Sutton
Former Chelsea striker on BBC Radio 5 Live at Etihad Stadium

    PSG are purring. Absolutely devastating.

It's a wonderful one-two. Desire Doue helps it to the back post and Ousmane Dembele comes in at the back post, ghosts in with a simple header.

They are absolutely devastating. They are so capable. This is what Luis Enrique's team can do.

    Aston Villa 1-0 Fenerbahce

Oguz Aydin finds Mason Greenwood, whose first-time effort from outside the box is scooped up by Zion Suzuki.

  12. 'Villa have started really well'published at 20:18 BST

    Aston Villa 1-0 Fenerbahce

    Glenn Hoddle
Former England and Tottenham manager on TNT Sports

Big deflection and I'm surprised about the space. Manzambi must have felt 'have I really got this time and space?' - They take a corner in a 2v2 situation, it's a decent ball in, they don't clear it. Manzambi's first touch is decent, it was a difficult ball to bring down. Villa have started really well and they've got the goal in that time.

Sometimes when you start well, you get a little bit edgy but they've got themselves ahead now and I think you'll see them play even better.

    Ousmane Dembele (15 mins)

What a couple of minutes for PSG!

Manchester City are all over the place defensively but that is a brilliant move from the visitors.

Desire Doue is completely unmarked at the back post and he dinks it back across goal for Ousmane Dembele to nod home.

    The hosts are stunned.

    Aston Villa 1-0 Fenerbahce

Johan Manzambi, 21, is the second player to score on his Champions League debut on his birthday alongside Spartak Moscow's Romulo, then 22, vs Barcelona in September 2012.

Unai Emery has been the manager for both of them. He was Spartak boss that day.

  16. Postpublished at 20:16 BST

    Aston Villa 1-0 Fenerbahce

Fenerbache go close from the resulting corner. It goes over to Vedat Muriqi and his header from inside the six-yard box is saved by Zion Suzuki at the near poist.

  17. goal

    Desire Doue

    The European champions are ahead!

It's a really good strike from Desire Doue after PSG build from back to front but should Gianluigi Donnarumma be beaten from there?

He will be disappointed not to save that at his near post I reckon.

  18. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:15 BST

    Man City 0-0 PSG

The corner is right on top of goalkeeper Matvey Safonov and all he can do is punch it onto his own crossbar. It drops for Antoine Semenyo but he blasts his shot over the bar.

    Should score.

  19. Postpublished at 20:15 BST

    Aston Villa 1-0 Fenerbahce

Fener push for an immediate equaliser but Oguz Aydin's effort goes wide via Victor Lindelof's head. Corner.

    Roma 0-0 Real Madrid

There hasn't been too much to report from the Stadio Olimpico so far, but the Roma supporters have just unveiled a huge banner dedicated to Jose Mourinho. The banner showed the 63-year-old lifting the Conference League trophy during his time as manager of the Italian club in 2022.

    Nice touch, all.
