Nobody in the game has transformed a team like Unai Emery has over the past few years. To win the Europa and qualify for the Champions League with the restrictions he's had and from where he started is amazing. For me, he's easily coach of the year.

If I'm being completely honest, the young talent award shouldn't be allowed to be awarded to the same person in successive years. It seems unfair to other young players out there, I mean we all know Yamal is great!
