    Cardiff 1-0 Charlton

Cardiff have their tails up following that early opener from Jack Moylan.

The Bluebirds work it onto the edge of the Charlton penalty area and Chris Willock creates room for himself to bend a low shot towards the bottom corner, but Arthur Okonkwo reacts well to get down quickly and push the effort around the post.

Cardiff keep the pressure on from the following corner but Alex Robertson's attempt is snuffed out.

    Stoke 0-0 Sheff Utd

Now a Blades chance as Patrick Bamford is picked out in the box.

He can't control it down to get something proper on it though.

  4. goal

GOAL: Millwall 1-0 West Hampublished at 12:46 BST 19 September

    Caleb Taylor (15 mins)

    The Lions lead!

A long throw into box from Lyndon Dykes causes huge problems and the home side eventually capitalise.

Mads Hermansen makes a good save from Mark Sykes' initial effort but they keep the ball alive and Tairyk Arconte's chipped ball back in is eventually smashed in by defender Caleb Taylor.

It's no more than the hosts deserve.

    Millwall 0-0 West Ham

West Ham defender Konstantinos Mavropanos is down getting some treatment.

His goalkeeper Mads Hermansen came charging off his line to try and deal with a long ball into the box that he got nowhere near but did clear out his own man.

    Stoke 0-0 Sheff Utd

Stoke have soon got a grip of this match.

Eric Bocat feeds the ball into the box after a run of the left and while a Blades player does get a touch, it only ends up at Djibril Soumare's feet.

The midfielder takes aim but can't sneak it past Blades stopper Michael Cooper.

Mads Hermansen punches the initial Millwall corner away but only as far as Derek Mazou-Sacko.

  8. 'Millwall allowed to press'published at 12:42 BST 19 September

    Millwall 0-0 West Ham

    Paul Parker
Ex-QPR and Manchester United defender on BBC Radio London

West Ham haven't got anyone running in-behind which is allowing Millwall to press.

When Mavropanos or Walker-Pieters have the ball, it's causing them some issues.

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:42 BST 19 September

    Stoke 0-0 Sheff Utd

United's Kalvin Phillips delays the restart following a foul from Japhet Tanganga and is offered up the first caution of the afternoon.

  10. Postpublished at 12:41 BST 19 September

    Millwall 0-0 West Ham

Great stuff from Zak Sturge down the home team's left as he takes the ball off Jarrod Bowen and charges forward.

First corner of the game goes to the home side.

  11. goal

GOAL: Cardiff 1-0 Charltonpublished at 12:39 BST 19 September

    Jack Moylan (8 mins)

An early goal in Cardiff - and the hosts lead!

It is a welcome breakthrough for the beleaguered Bluebirds. The goal itself is the result of a lovely move.

Chris Willock cuts inside and Jack Moylan helps it around the corner to talisman Yousef Salech, who returns the ball into the path of the onrushing Moylan. He finishes superbly beyond Arthur Okonkwo in the Charlton goal.

  12. Postpublished at 12:39 BST 19 September

    Millwall 0-0 West Ham

Lyndon Dykes buys a cheap free-kick off Kyle Walker-Peters for the home side down their left flank.

Jenson Metcalfe, him again, swings in a decent ball but the referee spots a foul by a Millwall player and blows up in the away team's favour.

  13. Postpublished at 12:39 BST 19 September

    Stoke 0-0 Sheff Utd

It's very blustery at the Bet635. The corner flag looks like a metronome as Jack McGlynn takes Stoke's first set piece.

Blades front man Patrick Bamford clears it but Stoke come again and Maksym Talovierov connects, heading it wide.

  14. Postpublished at 12:34 BST 19 September

    Millwall 0-0 West Ham

Jenson Metcalfe has the first shot of the game as Millwall move the ball forward down their left and the ball comes to the former Bradford midfielder 20 yards out.

It's a clear sight but he rushes his effort and it dribbles through to Mads Hermansen in the Hammers goal.

  15. CLOSE!published at 12:34 BST 19 September

    Stoke 0-0 Sheff Utd

Sheffield United have an early corner that finds Liam Kitching but his nodded effort misses the mark. Not by much.

It's been a lightning start from the visitors.

I would be saying, don’t give anything away early, don’t give any opportunities.

Don’t give away a corner, be on it from minute one.

    It’s all about staying calm.

Millwall v West Ham (12:30 BST)

    Alex Hoad

    The away end at Millwall

I arrived early at the Den, thought it wise, but all was calm and peaceful on the way to the ground through London Bridge and South Bermondsey.

That may not still be the case right now. The occasional sustained wave of noise is drifting on the breeze into the west stand from the general vicinity of the approach to the north stand, which this season is divided into home and away fans across two levels.

It's a lovely September afternoon, the conditions are perfect for football and Lions boss Alex Neil has made a big call, he's dropped keeper Max Crocombe in favour of handing Filip Marschall his league debut, with No1 Lukas Jensen still out injured.
