Cardiff aren't clinical enough and at this level they are going to be punished. This game should be over before halftime. We'll probably lose it in the second half.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 13:34 BST 19 September

    Millwall 2-0 West Ham

Two changes for the away side at the break.

Pablo and Mohamadou Kante are on for Joe Piroe and Kyle Walker-Peters.

  3. SECOND HALFpublished at 13:32 BST 19 September

    Early Championship games

We are starting to get back underway in our three early games and what intrigue they have brought already.

Thrills at Cardiff, an enthralled home support and a less enchanted away stand at The Den.

Let's see what the second halves bring...

Alex Neil will know it's still dangerous as there's an opportunity to come back at 2-0.

At the moment, there's no chance of that. It's not about West Ham being poor, it's about Millwall doing so well.

Something has got to change, there's no sting in the tail.

Pathetic from West Ham. None of the players understand the occasion.

    Patrick, Dagenham

Wouldn't say a stunned West Ham but more like an absolutely awful West Ham... bottled that first half. Surely cant play any worse second half or can they?

  6. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:23 BST 19 September

    Cardiff 2-1 Charlton

There ends a highly entertaining first half in Cardiff, where the hosts lead Charlton 2-1 at the break.

The Bluebirds took an early lead through Jack Moylan and then their advantage was doubled by Yousef Salech before the half-hour mark.

Tyreece Campbell, though, pulled one back for the Addicks to ensure that, at the interval, they remain very much in the contest.

    Well, well, well.

The first meeting between these sides in 14 years has been one-way traffic so far.

The home side took the lead when Caleb Taylor scored after a long throw after 15 minutes.

West Ham didn't learn their lesson and conceded from another one in time added on at the end of the half, moments after Mark Sykes had thundered an effort off the bar from a long, long way out for the Lions.

Big 15 minutes for Nuno Espirito Santo now. His side have been second best in every facet of this game.

  8. 'Far too easy for Millwall'published at 13:19 BST 19 September

    Millwall 2-0 West Ham

    Paul Parker
Ex-QPR and Manchester United defender on BBC Radio London

It's been a problem since the game kicked off.

It was far too easy for Millwall, no one attacks the ball from West Ham.

Bowen doesn't do a good enough job there.

GOAL: Millwall 2-0 West Hampublished at 13:17 BST 19 September

    Camiel Neghli

Another long throw. Another Millwall goal!

Lyndon Dykes launches it in from the right and it goes over the lads at the near post and falls to the feet of Camiel Neghli all of five yards out.

    He gleefully whacks it home.

    The Lions FIRMLY in charge.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:17 BST 19 September

    Stoke 0-0 Sheff Utd

A relatively tame opening half in windy Stoke.

The hosts have had more of the ball and more of the chances but both their two attempts on target have been easy saves for the Blades stopper.

Up the other end though, Potters stopper Viktor Johansson has yet to be challenged.

    Needs a goal you feel.

Just one minute of added time to play.

Imagine some of the fans will be heading off for coffee at the break.

  12. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 13:16 BST 19 September

    Millwall 1-0 West Ham

    WOW!

Mark Sykes hits the crossbar from about 40 yards out for the home side.

  13. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:16 BST 19 September

    Cardiff 2-1 Charlton

That could have so easily been 3-1 to Cardiff.

The Bluebirds open Charlton up on the right when Jack Moylan is played in by Perry Ng. The midfielder might shoot himself but instead opts to square for Yousef Salech, who turns it goalwards.

Arthur Okonkwo scrambles back across his goal and keeps the ball out. An important save, but Salech will feel as though he should have scored.

We are into five minutes of added time.

  14. Postpublished at 13:15 BST 19 September

    Millwall 1-0 West Ham

Divin Mukasa takes things into his own hands and tries to barge through the Millwall defence.

Filip Marschall is off his line to grab the loose ball.

Into two minutes of time added on.

  15. 'Nervous moments for West Ham'published at 13:15 BST 19 September

    Millwall 1-0 West Ham

    Paul Parker
Ex-QPR and Manchester United defender on BBC Radio London

It's such nervous moments for West Ham at the moment.

Every time Kilman is one-on-one, he is really struggling, it's a big problem.

  16. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:15 BST 19 September

    Stoke 0-0 Sheff Utd

Patrick Bamford gets a good touch and turns to go on the charge.

Stoke defender Maksym Talovierov takes no chances and commits a cynical foul to still the attack, accepting his yellow card in return.

  17. Postpublished at 13:12 BST 19 September

    Stoke 0-0 Sheff Utd

Oh what a big chance that could have been for Stoke!

Lamine Cisse is in the middle with options on his left and his right. He chooses the latter but Djibril Soumare can't do much with it and instead a flurry of corners follow.

The last is the best of the lot, flashed in front of goal for Ben Wilmot. There's a lot bodies in the box though and ends up out for a goal kick to end the host's period of pressure.

  18. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:11 BST 19 September

    Millwall 1-0 West Ham

    First booking of the day.

West Ham defender Morato trips Jordy Osei-Tutu on the halfway line.

There had been a challenge between the two a few moments before.

  19. YELLOW CARDSpublished at 13:08 BST 19 September

    Cardiff 2-1 Charlton

There have been a flurry of bookings in Cardiff in the past few minutes.

Firstly Alex Robertson was cautioned for tugging back Karlan Grant and then, just now, Ollie Tanner goes into the referee's book for a similar offence.

Danny McNamara then becomes the first Charlton player to see yellow for cynically tripping up Joel Colwill on the run.

The game has not shown signs of slowing down, meanwhile. Cardiff might have restored their two-goal lead when Robertson drilled the ball into Jack Moylan but, thanks to the recovering Lloyd Jones, his effort squirmed past the post.

Colwill also should have done better when Moylan glanced down a cross from the right into the six-yard box.

    Millwall 1-0 West Ham

Former Aston Villa goalkeeper Filip Marschall is making his league debut for Millwall today.

It's his first ever Championship appearance too.

So far he's been nothing more than an interested spectator.
