    No mistake.

Zian Flemming takes the penalty quickly and powers it into the net, drawing anger from Hammers keeper Mads Hermansen as he tries to collect the ball as quickly as he can.

A bit of a scuffle ensues to leave the stopper with a bad memory and a yellow card.

    Burnley 0-2 West Ham

    David Unsworth
Former Burnley and Everton defender on BBC Radio Lancashire

Burnley have got a really bad habit of losing games with this set of players.

Look at West Ham, they've not had any hangovers. They've defended when they've had to and controlled the game.

It was always going to be tough game, it was always going to be a big ask, but you feel that Burnley need a loss this season. God forbid if they lose Flemming and you look at Kyle Walker - he's not a centre-back.

  8. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 77 mins

    Burnley 0-2 West Ham

Burnley's Bashir Humphreys and Aaron Ramsey are exchanged to make room for Armando Broja and Lucas Pires as West Ham's Mo Kante is blocked at close range.

  9. 'Brilliant from Kante'published at 17:35 BST 16 August

    Burnley 0-2 West Ham

    David Unsworth
Former Burnley and Everton defender on BBC Radio Lancashire

It's brilliant from Kante. He keeps running and running and it's a tap in for Solomon.

It's looks like it's game over and when you look at Zian Flemming's chances earlier, but that's the fine margins in football.

GOAL: Burnley 0-2 West Hampublished at 17:31 BST 16 August

    Manor Solomon (72 mins)

That'll put a dampener on Turf Moor.

Max Kilman's header is mis-timed, he lands on the floor and ends up getting in the way of Jarrod Bowen's shot but West Ham keep at it.

Manor Solomon finds the space in the middle of the box and thrashes it into the back of the net on his debut for the club.

Excellent. Just as Burnley were ramping up the pressure too.

  11. 'Better from Burnley'published at 17:31 BST 16 August

    Burnley 0-1 West Ham

    David Unsworth
Former Burnley and Everton defender on BBC Radio Lancashire

This is better from Burnley because they're having a go.

The frustrating thing about this game is that the goal they conceded is so avoidable from the set-piece.

  12. Postpublished at 69 mins

Zian Flemming tries his fortunes from distance but like all his shots tonight, doesn't get lucky.

  13. Postpublished at 68 mins

    Burnley 0-1 West Ham

Josh Laurent has space in the box and loops a cross over to the other end for a team-mate.

A misjudgement though as it doesn't find who he's looking for and goes running loose.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 67 mins

    Burnley 0-1 West Ham

Taty Castellanos whacks into Burnley's Kyle Walker for an obvious yellow card.

    Burnley's Zian Flemming denied again!

He's so high to head in the cross but he tilts his body at the wrong time and the ball come off his shoulder.

He can only watch as it is nodded off the line by a West Ham defender.

  16. 'He should score'published at 17:25 BST 16 August

    Burnley 0-1 West Ham

    David Unsworth
Former Burnley and Everton defender on BBC Radio Lancashire

That's four chances Zian Flemming's had now and every time he's got closer and closer but that's a glaring opportunity.

    He should score.

It's better from Marcus Edwards - just get the ball out of your feet and get it into the box.

  18. Postpublished at 60 mins

The Hammers forward requires treatment, giving boss Nuno Espirito Santo a chance to have a little chat with captain Jarrod Bowen.

West Ham are still calm but they haven't really created much in front of goal this half.
