    Elizabeth Conway
BBC Sport Spanish football reporter at Metropolitano Stadium

We're back under way here in Madrid. United need to just get safely through this first minute.

  2. Arsenal 0-0 Lille

    No is the answer.

Declan Rice's delivery is well dealt with.

  3. Arsenal 0-0 Lille

Arsenal ended the first half with corners and they have started the second half in the same way.

The first two have amounted to nothing...Third time lucky?

  4. Arsenal 0-0 Lille

    Alex Howell
BBC Sport Arsenal reporter at Emirates Stadium

Mikel Arteta had given some of the players who would have hoped for more game time at the beginning of the season starts tonight, particularly in the attacking line, but they are not taking their chance at the moment.

  6. HT: Atletico Madrid 1-0 Manchester United

    Wayne Rooney
Former England striker on Amazon Prime

It was a nightmare start for United.

  7. HT: Atletico Madrid 1-0 Manchester United

    Ashley Young
Former Manchester United winger on Amazon Prime

Manchester United got themselves back into it, they could have went under after conceding so early.

But they have to take their chances.

  8. 'You have to give the officials credit'

HT: Atletico Madrid 1-0 Manchester United

    Paul Robinson
Former England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

    On Atletico Madrid's disallowed goal:

You have to give the officials credit because they were swift and decisive. Within seconds of the goal going in the referee was called to the screen and within two replays he'd made his decision. You could obviously see that he was getting advice in his ear.

The replays that we saw initially, it didn't show clear contact but then when you saw it from another side, you could see the ball change angle and change direction.

To be fair I think Manchester United didn't deserve to go in 2-0 down. They haven't been the better of the two sides but you've got to give them a lot of credit for the way that they've played since going one down.

Teilemens gets criticism because of his languid style, but his passing has been accurate, and he created the best chance of the game so far. Of the two advanced playmakers, he's been more effective than Bruno.

    Matt

Tielemans is getting some stick from United fans. He took a while to bed in at Villa, but when he did, he became the most important player on the pitch in pretty much every match. He needs time and a good manager. He might not get either at United.

  10. HT: Atletico Madrid 1-0 Manchester United

    Paul Robinson
Former England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's a handball and it directly leads to a goal so they're absolutely right to rule it out and for Manchester United that is a big let-off.

    Elizabeth Conway
BBC Sport Spanish football reporter at Metropolitano Stadium

If it had not been for the goal inside the first minute, we would be reporting that this has been a fairly even game.

United need to use that disallowed goal as a turning point and come out fighting.

Bayern should be doing better. Woeful defending from them.
