I always think that Visser's always the bridesmaid. She's always just off the podium, so close.
So I'm actually chuffed for her. She's always been in the wings and now she finally gets to be on top. She deserves it.
She's always been on the sidelines and for her to keep coming back, and coming back, she's fantastic.

For Marcia Sey, unfortunately when she looked back down, it was that hurdle seven that really just prevented her from getting close to a medal.
Because she was out of her block, she was leading her field, looking so supreme - and then clattered hurdle seven.
That really knocked the momentum from her and knocked the wind out of her sails.
Unfortunately for her, it's a tough learning curve.

'Oh my word!' - Netherlands' Visser wins 100m hurdle gold by 0.001 seconds
It's gold for Nadine Visser of the Netherlands by the tightest of margins!
She wins from 2022 champion Pia Skrzyszowska of Poland by a thousandth of a second as both athletes finish on 12.67.
Going down to the thousandths, it's Visser's .668 to Skrzyszowska .669 that wins it for the Dutch athlete after a lengthy photo check.
France's Laeticia Bapte is third with 12.73, while Great Britain's Marcia Sey is last of the eight athletes with 13.01 - after a good start she clipped a hurdle.

Time for the final of the women's 100m hurdles.
Great Britain's Marcia Sey, in lane six, was the third fastest in qualification, with Pia Skrzyszowska of Poland and Nadine Visser of the Netherlands ahead of her.

The women's pole vault qualifiers have reached a conclusion with Great's Britain's Gemma Tutton heading out after failing to clear any of her three attempts at 4.40m
Five of the 12 athletes heading to Thursday's final cleared 4.50m, with the rest the best of those who cleared 4.40m.
Tina Sutej, the world bronze medallist from Slovenia, is also out - failures at 4.25m and 4.40m before clearing those heights counted against her.

When you come to a championship you expect to be fit and you want to hold on. But you can only do your best on the day.
The bib and the chip could have played a part with his mental as well.
He ran a decent time - it's just unfortunate he came 4th and didn't qualify for the final.

The Briton can never get himself towards the front of the race, as France's Muhammad Abdallah Kounta takes an impressive win ahead of Hungary's Attila Molnar.
Lacking race sharpness, Dobson finishes fourth and narrowly misses out on a place in the final in 45.18 seconds.

Yeo is out of the long jump final after three jumps, placing 12th of 12 with a mark of 7.48m. The top six keep going...
